"I have been using Nick for many years for book launches. By their nature, these events usually require quite a robust performance while people arrive, settle settle in and start chatting, then something more subtle as they warm up and have wine, at which point all that is needed is subtlety. He played at my daughter's wedding, both in the church and at the start of the reception. In both instances, apart from his obvious musicality, he was appreciated by all for his intelligent approach to the location and occasion. He has a sense of humour and will join in the fun, managing to slip seamlessly from pure classical to today's popular hits. Hard to beat. ("

"The Big Smoke Brass guys certainly know how to put on a show! Familiar and well-loved pop songs played in a way you definitely won’t have heard before. Thoroughly entertaining and never lacking in energy, enthusiasm and swagger. They clearly love playing their instruments and it shows. Dispense with the boring DJ or the covers band you’re thinking of and get them instead. "

"Thank you so much for your superb violin interpretations of "The Lark Ascending" and "Boum" at my wife's outdoor memorial on 11th May 2022. And, although you weren't expecting to play anything else, when asked you played some inspired Bach for ten minutes. It made the whole service very memorable Thank you again and I hope to hear you play in the near future."

"We loved Social Season! Not only was their music wonderful, but their flexibility and calm influence was tremendous, and just what we needed! Many of our guests commented on how nice the music was so please accept my heartfelt thanks to you both. The singing was beautiful, Rami is a great guitarist and your choice of music was spot on. "Mark played at our dad’s 90th birthday party last weekend and was brilliant! Great communication to organise the event and everything went smoothly on the day. We requested old jazz tunes and he played the perfect set list and even prepared a playlist for before, in between and after his sets. "We wanted an acoustic live band for our wedding and we found the Roaming Jazz Band on Instagram, they are from Barcelona but they didn't have any problem to travel to our wedding in Mallorca, that was great from them. At the wedding they played during cocktail and and before the party, during dinner. They didn't require any extra sound equipment as they played and sing acoustically the whole time. All our guests and family loved it, I can't wait to see the pictures as it was so much fun."
