"Our experience through booking with Encore has been so smooth and easy. However Abigail made this booking even more perfect and made the process before the wedding stress free and easy. Abigail communicated with us superbly and granted every wish we had for our wedding ceremony. No song was too much and never made us feel like we were asking for too much. "Nous avons fait appel à cet organiste pour une cérémonie religieuse à Monaco, et nous avons été absolument enchantés par la qualité de sa prestation. Dès les premiers échanges, il s’est montré très professionnel, à l’écoute et capable de proposer un programme musical parfaitement adapté à nos attentes. Le jour de la cérémonie, l’ambiance créée par l’orgue était tout simplement magnifique. Le son était riche, profond et parfaitement maîtrisé. "I am soooooo pleased with Jim. From the first phone call discussing what I hoped to have for my 20 yr wedding anniversary party to the actual performance, he was super friendly and on top of things. I was full of excitement for his performance leading up to it and he did not disappoint. I initially watched his videos on his profile to get a sample. He played some specific songs I mentioned too. I had about 40 guests and they all raved about it. Some said they felt transported to some European event. And my dad started welcoming the guests by saying "have you been to the villa? Welcome" because it had that feel. Was a great vibe. Want him again!!"

"We would give 11+/10 if we could. The range of genre choices; the charisma, performance quality, musicality and technical skill were all excellent. What makes this group truly special is what lovely people they are. Also, their kind and active willingness to work with us closely in the lead up to the event both on music choices and performing with my son.
