"We are incredibly grateful the Blue Moon Italian Jazz Band was willing to travel to Loro Ciuffenna to play at our wedding. Raphael, the pianist, was our main contact, and he was always quick to respond, reassuring regarding planning the day of, and amazing to work with. The band was extremely accommodating, and especially adaptive to changes in the moment, and of course extremely talented musicians. They set the perfect mood for our day and were a highlight of our wedding. We also hired a DJ to play after our cake cutting for a few hours and he was also a hit! This is a group of geniunely kind, funny, and gifted musicians that we would happily recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic band for their wedding or special event. "

"As the groom, I got to choose the band. I had heard Lisa and The E-lusion at my now-wife's sorority formal, and knew what my first choice would be. Besides being a genuinely talented band, The-Elusion are accommodating. With their extensive playlist of both traditional wedding reception songs and more recent pop, we were able to say which songs we did not want them to play, while Lisa does a great job of playing whatever the audience is grooving. Also, they were willing to learn entirely new songs for our first dance, the father-daughter dance, and mother-son dance. We received tons of complements about the band from our guests. "Today, I heard Doug Earley play music on his Saxophone at the Claremont Farmer's Market. I didn't want to ever leave. The music that comes out of Doug's saxophone is the sweetest and most beautiful I've ever heard. He and his music are magical and spiritual! Immediately, I wanted to hire him for an event so I could keep hearing him play. If you ever hear Doug Earley play his saxophone, you'll have a hard time leaving, too. You'll want to hire him for your event too so you can keep hearing him play music on his saxophone. "

"The Unknowns have a new EP out. “Uninvited” is a delightful five-song collection that shows off some cool soul and tango influences in addition to the band's usual jazz/pop/folk mix and superb three-part harmonies. Don’t let their ironic naming fool you; you’re going to want to invite this band in and get to know them. "

"I hired Sax Therapy for my birthday party and he was beyond professional, talented, and entertaining. Steve, the saxophonist was very engaging with the crowd and had everyone on their feet dancing and singing the whole time. "Raphael and the Blue Moon Jazz Trio were terrific for our Wedding in Orvieto Italy. They sounded amazing, and created the perfect vibe for our Italian wedding. With a little rain to deal with, they handled no problem, and were very quick in making the changes between ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner locations. Music was perfect, exactly what we wanted.
