"I'm not sure if there are many events that receive such detailed planning attention as do weddings. When my son and future daughter in law asked me if I could find a classical guitarist for their mid-summer outdoor wedding, I was thrilled to be assigned a specific role and to help. Stephan Kane came to us with strong recommendation. He exceeded our expectations from the first moment. At the bride's special request, Stephan was asked to play "La Valse d'Amelie" for the processional. I had heard the piece previously arranged for piano and for orchestra but never for guitar. Stephan created an arrangement for guitar especially for the event. Given that the event was outdoors and the procession stretched a goodly distance, timing the processional was part of the challenge. Stephan did that beautifully. Additionally, he provided lovely selections of his choosing as the guests assembled, appropriate amplification equipment, and executed both set up and break down of his equipment expeditiously and discretely. Stephan was politely responsive to my emails, communicated well and completely, and did for us everything that was expected and more. To me and to many, live music enhances any event. Working with a wonderful musician like Stephan, who is, as well as talented, gracious and humble, makes adding the magic of live music to the ambiance an easy decision. Val J."

Non si tratta solo di un musicista, ma di un vero artista capace di interpretare ogni momento con sensibilità e raffinatezza. L’esecuzione all’organo è stata impeccabile: precisa, espressiva e sempre perfettamente in sintonia con il clima della celebrazione. "We were so happy to have Dorothy play at our wedding — she was absolutely brilliant. Her harp music added such a special, elegant touch to the day and really helped set the tone from the moment guests arrived. In the lead-up, Dorothy was a dream to work with. She made everything really easy and stress-free, with a clear repertoire to choose from and great suggestions. She even tailored the song list to suit us as a couple, which made everything feel really personal. On the day, she played beautifully — we had loads of compliments from guests, and hearing our chosen songs on the harp was such a memorable part of the ceremony. "Spectacular!!! Extremely satisfied. The three Jo’s are an outstanding ensemble. They captured the mood and ambiance perfectly. Everyone praised their performance. I’ve heard from the Jo’s that several guests were so impressed that they might consider booking them in the future. I hope they do—they truly deserve it. Kars, I’ll be honest: the price was steep, but absolutely worth it. If I had to do it again, I would book them in a heartbeat. Thank you for the correct and professional collaboration. Hopefully, we’ll work together again for a future booking."
