"We booked this wonderful duo for our big village launch event. We were after a band that would really create a party atmosphere in a classy way. They absolutely nailed it. The beautiful songs just kept coming! They are truly talented and made the atmosphere perfect on the day. You need to book them!"

"Wow, what can I say?! The band were amazing and everyone loved the music and the dance floor was packed out. The acoustic duo set was beautiful and one of our guests commented that the version of ‘At Last’ was the best he had ever heard. All of our evening guests were entertained all night by the live band and disco music. We've lost count of the guests who told us the band were amazing and we will be sending details to several guests planning events in the near future. Matt and Carley even learned a new song for our first dance as the acoustic duo, which was absolutely perfect. We can’t say enough good things about both the acoustic duo and live band!"

"Friday 24th November 2023 - The Jazz Kings - Tweed Valley Jazz and Blues A superb gig to bring a fitting close to a year of top-flight music. ‘The Jazz Kings’ left us in no doubt why they are currently rated among the top outfits on the North Coast. Each of them – Nicole Parker-Brown on vocals, Peter Uppman on vocals and trumpet (sometimes almost at the same time), Gordon Matheson on guitar, Col Atkinson on bass and yet more vocals, and Jose McLaughlin on keyboards – is an accomplished performer in their own right, and in combination they are a musical powerhouse to be reckoned with. It was an evening of eclectic mix, from popular jazz standards, through blues arrangements that will be appearing on their latest album, to occasional dips into the classical realms, and a few nostalgic ‘pop’ reminiscences. Among the favourites were their own arrangements of evergreens such as ‘Night and Day,’ ‘All Of Me’, ‘Misty’, ‘Georgia On My Mind’ and ‘Making Whoopee’. Jose even gave a nod towards his earlier career as keyboard player and musical director of ‘Gerry and the Pacemakers’ with his updated arrangements of ‘Ferry Cross the Mersey’ and ‘Don’t Let the Sun Catch You Crying’. All in all, a great end to 2023, and the Club Committee took time at the end to wish all members and visitors a happy and safe Xmas and a prosperous New Year. If it promises music of the same quality as this past year, then we’ll have no complaints."

"Tom sang at our daughters wedding and was just brilliant. Turned up in good time to set up, looked so smart and then gave two brilliant sets of music that the whole audience absolutely loved. The wedding was quite simply breathtaking from start to finish and the only criticism I received was that I didn't book Tom for a longer time!"

The music was wonderful - I’m only seeing snippets of it now on our guests’ videos from the ceremony and it sounds absolutely beautiful! "Leader played at our birthday party on Saturday. They were a joy to work with, great communication in advance and delivered just what we wanted on the evening. We danced our socks off and everyone loved them. Really great guys and can absolutely recommend!"

"I booked Soph and Mat for our wedding to play our pre-ceremony, ceremony, drinks reception and first dance after seeing some of their videos on their website. And by god was that a masterstroke decision as we and all our guests were absolutely blown away by them. The music really sets the tone and atmosphere of the wedding. Our guests were raving about them all day and they sang our chosen songs just how I imagined they would. Fantastic, professional from the start and we didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day as Soph and Mat did their thing. I would book them again in a heartbeat. "Kate, what a beautiful voice you have. The song choices I gave you were all met way above our expectations. We thought there would be something you wouldn't be able to accommodate us with but no, you sang every song beautifully and even brought tears to some guests eyes. If anyone is reading this please have Kate singing at your wedding, she made our day and our memories all the more sweeter because of Kate xx thankyou sooo much."
