"Opov delivers I'm an event planner and book bands often. I can give OPOV a big 'ol stamp of approval! They really know how to work a crowd. They performed at our Parents Weekend evening event and everyone was still talking about them the next day, describing the event as EPIC! Super nice and professional. I will be hiring them again!"

"Pharaoh & The Beats absolutely made our wedding day! They were professional from the very beginning when I booked them via Encore and they maintained contact right up until the day itself to assist me with any questions I had. Leanne has an incredible voice and all the other musicians were brilliant too. We had so many of our guests asking how we came across the band, commenting on how good they were. We couldn’t be happier at how they got everyone on the dance floor and thank them so much for learning and performing our first dance song! We will definitely be booking them again for any future events!"

"With Groove Primitive you can tell that they are dedicated from the first bar, but they also are fun, with a sense of humour. The funk is tight and the rockier songs have soul. Shay’s vocals are strong and she’s backed by some great players. I’ve seen them in bars and clubs, but could imagine them on a journey to filling much bigger venues in the future. Highly Recommended 5 stars – for entertainment and musical virtuosity."

"I have used Version band for two functions - they have a great and comprehensive setlist of good funk/soul songs, as well as some easy listening and some of the classics that everyone loves. Helen is responsive and very helpful in liaising directly with the venue so that everything is covered."

"They are incredibly talented musicians and just as special as people. They truly saved us on our wedding day after being called — literally — at the very last second. They sang from the heart, performing special songs and sharing their emotions with us, even getting moved alongside us! All the guests were captivated by Anna’s voice and amazed by Michele on the piano… and Alessandro was absolutely brilliant on drums! "On Sept. 3, 2022, a wonderful and exciting Band, Johnny White and the Elite” played a live performance for a 60th Birthday party I hosted. The band was great, the music was centered around the age group of my clients; 40-70 years of age. The melody and acoustics were on point and the singers were elegant and poised. This band played three sets for about an hour each. The audience was well engaged and enthralled with the music the band played; several members of the audience were caught dancing and strolling to the beat. The singers sang with such quality and pitch. It was clear they were well rehearsed and had been singing as a seamless group for years. Their movements were choreographed which also included wardrobe changes. My favorite was the Duke Blue attire. I highly recommend Johnny & the Elite band for any type of event; they were professional from start to finish. I hope to use them again soon. "Central Avenue Band played our evening wedding reception. We had an 8-Piece Band and they were absolutely fantastic! The music was exactly what we wanted and the band's energy was amazing. All of our guests commented on how great the band were and they kept the dance floor jam-packed which is exactly what we wanted! Harry was really professional and easy to communicate with in the planning stages too. We would highly recommend Central Avenue Band and would definitely use them again for events in future"
