"They were the perfect fit for our wedding. They gauged the mood of the crowd brilliantly and had everyone dancing away until the early hours. Alice was so friendly and clear with her comms in the lead-up to our big day meaning we were so relaxed having her singing at both the ceremony and reception. Couldn't recommend them any higher!"

"Harry and the band played at our wedding in a beautiful Chateau in France. On the build up Harry was proactive in checking in with us to make sure everything ran smoothly, he was amazing, his suggestions were so helpful. On the day the band were incredible, they kept all our guests on the dance floor all night, it was perfect. The Sax player made it even more special, the band gave us a day we will never forgot. We just wish we could do it all again."

"We had the Blue Moon Jazz play for our wedding welcome party on August 17, 2023 in Sorrento Italy. I corresponded remotely in the USA to setup everything with Rapheal who is both very professional and very responsive to all of my emails. They were outstanding. Valentina, their singer is incredible. They played the song styles we had requested in both English and Itailian. They were very entertaining and so good that they got everyone dancing to their music. If you are looking for an excellent jazz band with an outstanding singer you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Rapheal and the Blue Moon Jazz for making our daughter’s wedding welcome party a huge success!! "

"The band was so great. From a very smooth organization with Luca, we could freely decide what kind of musical atmosphere we wanted to give to our special day. On the day of the wedding, the band was autonomous to get ready and do their balances. When it was their time to play, they literally brought the perfect touch to create a warm, joyful and friendly atmosphere to our cocktail. These guys were super kind and great musicians. My parents who are music teachers were kind of suprised how good they were, and had only nice words about them. I would definitely recommend them and hire them for another special occasion if I could. Thank you again guys !"

"Before Alicia and Michael got engaged we had been on a few amazing nights out where Midnight Shindig had played. We knew a great band makes an evening wedding party....and they 210% did. Midnight Shindig- you were amazing. For Paul and I (and I feel confident to speak for the bride and groom as well) you were the cherry on our cake. Thank you SO SO much for the memories. ??"

"The Weegie Beats played at our wedding in July this year. They played at both the ceremony and drinks reception and were amazing! They were great in the lead up to the wedding and learned all the songs that we wanted to have for our special day! Could not recommend them enough"!"

"I feel I need to shout from the rooftops not leave a review here about the NR band. From start to finish they were an absolute dream, we had them at our wedding all day, we asked them to bring the party and boy did they. The venue described it as the best wedding they have seen! They put their heart and soul in to performing, we danced non stop from the wedding breakfast entrance till the last song, our guests LOVED them, describing it like a concert and wanting to hire the band every month. They made the wedding for us and no one had ever seen anything like it. We can’t thank Jess and the gang enough, we are officially Rooties! We can’t can’t to have another party to get the band back together"

"Where to even start?! WOW! We’re honestly all still buzzing! What a night we all had on Saturday! Honestly, it was so, so special for us and you guys were the biggest part of that. I knew you were going to be amazing but you were amazing AND THEN SOME! It’s so lovely to hear that you were all loving life too – that means a lot! I just can’t thank you enough personally for all of your help and advice in the lead up to the party – you’ve been so helpful, accommodating and reassuring the whole time and just been so nice to be in touch with! It’s been such a pleasure! And again on the day you were a complete star and took so much work away from us as we literally didn’t have to worry about you guys – you had it all in hand, even the clearing up – naughty! Haha! Please pass on our sincere thanks to Dale and the whole band who are all so super talented, and so super fun! They absolutely made our night! I had high expectations and they smashed them! I have to give a shout out to our singers (Dee and Mel was it?!), I mean how incredible were they?! So much charisma and sass- I think I’m actually obsessed with them haha! Not forgetting the Swing Singer and Quartet you also provided. Amazing! Thanks for making it such a special night for us and our guests – you knocked all of our socks off! We will absolutely be recommending you to anyone and everyone (!) and wouldn’t hesitate to book you guys again for any future event that we’re having. "L’efficacité de la musique dans les cinq films de Quentin Tarantino a beaucoup à voir avec la façon dont il perçoit la musique. Tarantino pense que les chansons en général fonctionnent comme des films miniatures. Il regarde la musique comme un moyen de prolonger les intrigues de ses films. La bande originale a la responsabilité non seulement de donner le ton de la scène, mais aussi d'apporter de la clarté aux émotions qui ne sont pas pleinement exprimées par les personnages. Tout cela fonctionne de manière transparente parce que Tarantino entend d'abord la chanson, puis écrit une scène autour d'elle. Il n'est donc pas surprenant que la musique ait un impact si remarquable dans ses films. Comment la musique affecte-t-elle la façon dont on perçoit les films de Tarantino ? Il est vrai que toute musique fera réagir le spectateur émotionnellement, mais ce qui compte pour Tarantino, c'est que, la plupart du temps, la musique produit ce qu'il perçoit comme l'impact émotionnel «approprié» sur une scène. Par exemple, si quelque chose d'autre que "Stuck in the Middle With You" avait été choisi pour accompagner la scène "du coupage d’oreille" dans Reservoir Dogs, le public n'aurait peut-être jamais connu les tendances sadiques de Mr Blonde. La clé du succès de Tarantino en évitant la musique perçue comme juste «suffisante» est qu'il écrit tous ses scénarios de film avec une musique spécifique à l'esprit. En étant déterminé dans sa sélection, Tarantino s'assure que la musique de Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown, Kill Bill Vol.1 et Kill Bill Vol. 2 joue un rôle actif dans la structure narrative du film et, tout aussi important, qu'il fait quelque chose dont le public voudra se souvenir. Ce sont ces souvenirs que souhaite faire resurgir chez le spectateur les membre de Call me Winston. Cet orchestre « tribute band » nouvellement créé sur la Côte d’Azur est unique dans la Région Sud.
