"Lisa did such a great job for our wedding! She was able to get everyone out on the dance floor and kept them out there. They had great singers and were very energetic. We had about 130 people at the wedding and we ran out of space on the dance floor. Very memorable performance! "

"L’efficacité de la musique dans les cinq films de Quentin Tarantino a beaucoup à voir avec la façon dont il perçoit la musique. Tarantino pense que les chansons en général fonctionnent comme des films miniatures. Il regarde la musique comme un moyen de prolonger les intrigues de ses films. La bande originale a la responsabilité non seulement de donner le ton de la scène, mais aussi d'apporter de la clarté aux émotions qui ne sont pas pleinement exprimées par les personnages. Tout cela fonctionne de manière transparente parce que Tarantino entend d'abord la chanson, puis écrit une scène autour d'elle. Il n'est donc pas surprenant que la musique ait un impact si remarquable dans ses films. Comment la musique affecte-t-elle la façon dont on perçoit les films de Tarantino ? Il est vrai que toute musique fera réagir le spectateur émotionnellement, mais ce qui compte pour Tarantino, c'est que, la plupart du temps, la musique produit ce qu'il perçoit comme l'impact émotionnel «approprié» sur une scène. Par exemple, si quelque chose d'autre que "Stuck in the Middle With You" avait été choisi pour accompagner la scène "du coupage d’oreille" dans Reservoir Dogs, le public n'aurait peut-être jamais connu les tendances sadiques de Mr Blonde. La clé du succès de Tarantino en évitant la musique perçue comme juste «suffisante» est qu'il écrit tous ses scénarios de film avec une musique spécifique à l'esprit. En étant déterminé dans sa sélection, Tarantino s'assure que la musique de Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown, Kill Bill Vol.1 et Kill Bill Vol. 2 joue un rôle actif dans la structure narrative du film et, tout aussi important, qu'il fait quelque chose dont le public voudra se souvenir. Ce sont ces souvenirs que souhaite faire resurgir chez le spectateur les membre de Call me Winston. Cet orchestre « tribute band » nouvellement créé sur la Côte d’Azur est unique dans la Région Sud. Aside from being incredibly talented, they are professional, friendly and will make such a big difference to your wedding day! On the day of the wedding we had to make last minute changes because of the weather, and they went above and beyond to help and maintain the magical atmosphere and beautiful sound. "My 80th BD celebration was held on May 24th. It is May 28th and I am still getting KUDOS from my guest about Nadine and her Soul of New York Band. Nadine was professional and always had a smile in her voice from inception. I had spoken with two other bands and was very impressed of Nadine's understanding of what type of music I wanted for my event. I am still getting comments from my guest asking "where did you find your band?", "the singers were excellent", "best BD party ever" and of course I felt very proud my choice was Nadine and her Soul of New York Band. Thank you Nadine, for showing up and showing out, as the saying goes...many blessings!!!!!!"

"This band.... Well how long have we got?! I couldn't have asked for a more down to earth, crowd pleasing, uplifting, party starting bunch of individuals if I tried. Laura who I had communicated with throughout booking was awsome, so understanding, laid back and willing to tailor to us! This ontop of being the most understanding throughout the pandameic stress we went through!.... I knew they would be amazing as we had seen them live at Molly Malones in Brighton, however.... For our WEDDING... Man, this band brought the Aayyyyyyy in partayyyyy! These guys were unreal, getting people on the floor, catering to the vibe, and even going the extra mile with an encore and joining in with selfie pod fun! 😂👌.... If you want a live band and in vision a great atmosphere look no further, hand on heart give them a 1000 out of 10 😘 Thanks guys for making our day better than we ever imagined your so great ☺️x "

Die Band hat es geschafft, während des Dinners eine stilvolle Atmosphäre zu schaffen und später eine großartige Partystimmung zu erzeugen. Die Tanzfläche war den ganzen Abend voll. Sehr professionelle Musiker, zuverlässige Organisation und ein vielseitiges Repertoire. Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen."

"We are delighted that we choose Good Time Soul for our wedding! They were absolutely fantastic. Communication was always clear and we found them a pleasure to deal with. They learned a song for our ceremony which was delivered beautifully. They set a lovely chilled vibe for the aperitivo and the dance floor was filled later in the night. Many of our guests commented on how good they were. Great instrumental talent and an incredible lead singer. We are truly grateful to the band for the big contribution they made to making our day so enjoyable!"

"Where to even start?! WOW! We’re honestly all still buzzing! What a night we all had on Saturday! Honestly, it was so, so special for us and you guys were the biggest part of that. I knew you were going to be amazing but you were amazing AND THEN SOME! It’s so lovely to hear that you were all loving life too – that means a lot! I just can’t thank you enough personally for all of your help and advice in the lead up to the party – you’ve been so helpful, accommodating and reassuring the whole time and just been so nice to be in touch with! It’s been such a pleasure! And again on the day you were a complete star and took so much work away from us as we literally didn’t have to worry about you guys – you had it all in hand, even the clearing up – naughty! Haha! Please pass on our sincere thanks to Dale and the whole band who are all so super talented, and so super fun! They absolutely made our night! I had high expectations and they smashed them! I have to give a shout out to our singers (Dee and Mel was it?!), I mean how incredible were they?! So much charisma and sass- I think I’m actually obsessed with them haha! "Ant Barnes played four sets at our wedding this August (2021). It was a small wedding of 30 guests and Ant played 2 relaxed sets during the drinks reception and then 2 more lively sets for the evening after dinner. Ant was brilliant in making sure everything was organised well in advance of the day and we spoke a couple of times via Zoom. Everyone absolutely loved the music and Ant was extremely professional throughout the day. Ant read the atmosphere of the day brilliantly and really added to the day. We would highly recommend Ant for anyone thinking of booking him for an event."
