Review Centre: Party Bands

"Band super!!!! Cercavamo una band che creasse un'atmosfera, vintage, energica, divertente ma nello stesso tempo raffinata. I ragazzi sono da subito stati disponibilissimi e trasparenti su quello che la loro band ci avrebbe offerto: ogni promessa è stata mantenuta e le aspettative superate. La band propone un repertorio vintage ma anche moderno. Hanno un sound che spacca e l'atmosfera si scalda subito. Scegliendoli non animerete soltanto il vostro matrimonio, ma regalerete ai vostri ospiti un vero e proprio concerto! Due fiati, chitarra, basso e batteria, cosa chiedere di più! La simpatia ovviamente: i selfportrait sono uno spasso, con un'ironia veramente eccezionale! L'unico rammarico al nostro matrimonio è che saremmo andati avanti a sentirli suonare per ore, e invece il tempo è stato tiranno. Hanno fatto ballare tutti, compresa gente che di solito non muove un passo. Si sono prestati con simpatia alle sorprese preparate dai nostri ospiti e hanno saputo fare fronte a una serata complicata da ritardi e cambi di programma repentini dovuti al mal tempo. Ogni momento animato da loro dall'aperitivo al dopocena è stato fantastico. E anche la playlist passata in sottofondo durante la cena era azzeccatissima. Grazie davvero ragazzi. Senza di voi non sarebbe stato lo stesso."

Detto fatto, oltre a noi tutti sono stati contenti, dai bimbi che ballavano scatenati ai genitori e parenti più anziani che non se ne sarebbero più andati via. Il commento più bello è stato: "se mi sposo di nuovo voglio loro!" Hanno creato l'atmosfera perfetta e accontentato le nostre richieste imparando la nostra canzone e suonandola dal vivo e hanno anche cantato insieme ai miei genitori. Professionali e amichevoli in tutto, la nostra giornata è stata perfetta anche grazie a loro! Musica adatta sia per i piu "grandicelli" come i nostri genitori, che per i giovani, tutti hanno ballato e si sono divertiti e ci hanno fatto un sacco di complimenti! Ancora di più il loro batterista: ha pure rischiato la vita con un pezzo di bastone della pentolaccia che gli è volato a 1 cm dalla faccia... Brividi. ma tragedia evitata. Gli Uke hanno continuato a suonare pezzi perfettamente in armonia con la festa fino allo stremo delle forze (il cantante non aveva più la voce alla fine). Grazie mille anche per questo ragazzi, è stato un matrimonio all'insegna del divertimento e vi siete adeguati alla perfezione, pure con sprezzo del pericolo. Grazie ancora e buon proseguimento!"

"Maria played the violin during the meeting of our Book Club! It was a great experience to listen to such a masterful playing! The sound was crystal clear and the melodies were played beautifully and emotionally! It is obvious that violin is her passion! As a team, we would definately suggest her for several events e.g. weddings etc.!"

"We hired The Cheers for a joint 50th birthday party on 10th August 2024 and were super impressed with the band from the very start of communication with Ben to the very end of the party. A big thanks to Ben for making the organisation process so easy and creating a really personable experience; and thanks to the rest of the band who were incredible and extremely talented! We got so much good feedback from everyone throughout the night and the biggest tell tale was the amount of people up dancing, smiling and having a fantastic time, so much that they didn't want the band to stop playing - the saxophonist was also a fabulous way to start the evening off - music can make or break a party and we definitely got it right by going with The Cheers!"

"After seeing Swiftkick play at a friend's wedding, we knew we had to book them for our wedding. They were fun, energetic, and sounded great. They were easy to work with when planning song selections and the timeline as well as being flexible when we wanted to add in the keyboard just a few weeks before the wedding. On our wedding day we could not have been any more impressed with their performance, professionalism, and easy going nature. They kept the party going as more and more people joined the dance floor. Swiftkick gave an awesome performance!!!"

"JBMAC are great to work with - a delight both on and off stage. They deliver a great set of dance music covers sure to fill any dance floor. They are flexible and adaptable and really go the extra mile to make sure the audience has a great time. We love working with them and will definitely book them again for our events."

"Just wanted to say a huge ‘thank you’ for a great night on Saturday at Kate and Matt’s wedding. We had a fantastic evening and all of the guests enjoyed it. The acoustics in the National Railway Museum were very good. Would not hesitate in recommending your Yorkshire swing band in the future."
