"My wife and I popped along to see the popular Denis Cook's solo gig. Along with his regular set songs like: "Budapest" by George Ezra, an acoustic version of The Foundations "Baby Now That I’ve Found You", Neil Diamond's "Love On The Rocks" and "Sweet Caroline", even Chas & Dave's "Rabbit" Denis establishes a good rapport with his audience, some of whom are obviously regular fans, so there was plenty of joking, repartee and crowd participation during this gig which was played to a packed house and which saw Denis strumming guitar, ukulele, mandolin and blowing some decent harmonica too. Denis has learnt his craft well and along with his affable manner and fine vocal renditions which made for a very pleasant evening. (For those who may not already know, this talented man is also a well-respected DJ!) In any event, we had intended to stay only a short while but ended up staying put for a full, enjoyable 3 hours and although I didn't count, I'm told Denis played 52 songs in this extended set!"

All kontakt inför eventet var både proffsig och tydlig – han var lyhörd för våra önskemål och visade stort engagemang i att anpassa kvällen efter våra behov. Under kvällen minglade han med gästerna innan middagen och bjöd sedan på en fantastisk show efter maten…hela sällskapet var överens: det här var en succé (och blev verkligen kvällens snackis!). "Just wanted to say a big thank you for throwing such a great party at our wedding. We all loved it. I think you managed to please just about everyone with the music, my dad especially. The guitar playing went down very well and has created some great memories for us all. Everything was greatly appreciated, from getting me a mojito when the cocktail bar had closed to lending us your speaker for our party the next day. I have no regrets about changing my wedding day to hire you. It was brilliant having you a part of our big day."

"I've seen Joey live every time he has performed both in person and virtually. I follow him on all Socials and I've seen every post. He's hilarious, clever, creative and very entertaining.
