"BY THE ORDER, performed at our club on Saturday. wow, what a night! They involve the audience throughout, and always do the utmost to get people dancing. The band are really together and play a good cross section of tunes I've been absolutely inundated with praise for them and will definitely be rebooking them in the very future. Excellent."

"This band brings high energy, and awesome attitude and fan interaction that I have not seen in a long time. The guys are so easy to approach and their song selection is very diverse. They play rock, alternative, modern country, pop rock, have some original music and even so a new wave song and top 40 song in there. Check out Champions Gate! They are well worth the book"

"Just a huge shout out to the band for playing my husbands party last Saturday. You were beyond fantastic, played longer than they were supposed to, shared the stage and their gear with a band they had never met. Utterly fab music. We have had so many letter commenting one of the best bands they have seen! Thanks for being so flexible with Country and Western show. "New Orleans is a state-of-mind. Every year around this time of year, Mardi Gras is an explosion of joyousness. You don't have to travel down to Louisiana to feel it. Its spirit resides in Mercer County in a little town called Ewing, where Joe Grillo leads The Gumbo Gumbas on a Cajun holiday all year round. The jump-blues, zydeco, rocl'n'roll, jazz, folk strains and oh such soul are on full display wherever they play. Now you can even share that feeling, that zest for life, that passionate embodiment of the groove, in your own home. Zydeland has to be the feel-good album of the year so far. Written, arranged, produced, sung and honked on his tenor sax, Grillo imbues Zydeland with a Bourbon Street beat. He's an honorary French Quarter denizen of the night. Of course, there's always time to invoke a little Tom Waits on highlight "Can't Go Back to New Orleans" The colors mix and mingle with tuba, banjo, guitar, violin, viola, cello, trombone, accordion, piano, bass, clarinet, soprano sax, trumpet and that penetration percolation percussion. Excuse me, I got to get on up and do the boogaloo. You just can't set still for this thing."

"Absolutely exceptional. We hired The Cheers for our wedding evening reception and they were superb - our guests loved them and we had the best time. Ben was incredibly responsive in the lead up to our wedding, and nothing was too much trouble - including learning our first dance song. We can't recommend The Cheers enough - thank you Ben and the band!"

"Where to even start?! WOW! We’re honestly all still buzzing! What a night we all had on Saturday! Honestly, it was so, so special for us and you guys were the biggest part of that. I knew you were going to be amazing but you were amazing AND THEN SOME! It’s so lovely to hear that you were all loving life too – that means a lot! I just can’t thank you enough personally for all of your help and advice in the lead up to the party – you’ve been so helpful, accommodating and reassuring the whole time and just been so nice to be in touch with! It’s been such a pleasure! And again on the day you were a complete star and took so much work away from us as we literally didn’t have to worry about you guys – you had it all in hand, even the clearing up – naughty! Haha! Please pass on our sincere thanks to Dale and the whole band who are all so super talented, and so super fun! They absolutely made our night! I had high expectations and they smashed them! I have to give a shout out to our singers (Dee and Mel was it?!), I mean how incredible were they?! So much charisma and sass- I think I’m actually obsessed with them haha! Not forgetting the Swing Singer and Quartet you also provided. Amazing! Thanks for making it such a special night for us and our guests – you knocked all of our socks off! We will absolutely be recommending you to anyone and everyone (!) and wouldn’t hesitate to book you guys again for any future event that we’re having.
