"We hired Alistair for our wedding and what a fantastic job he did! My wife and I don't have the most mainstream music taste, and I have a particular dislike of cheesy music, which could be a bit tricky for a wedding. Luckily for us, the majority of our guests had been to many gigs and festivals with us over the years, so we knew that by playing songs from those and similar bands, he'd be onto a winner. I even said "My favourite songs aren't necessarily the ones that'll get people dancing...", not too tough a gig, eh?? On top of that, it was a really warm day and most guests preferred to be outside in the cool. We (literally) put our dancing shoes on and started the party, and people joined us. I lost count of the amount of times I gave Alistair a nod when he played an absolute tune! He later admitted that he'd never heard of some of the bands I'd mentioned, but he absolutely smashed it. It just shows the level of planning and preparation he went to to make sure we had a great night. We had some nice comments from the guests about the music, in particular one that said "Thank you for not playing the usual rubbish you hear at weddings"? Between us and the venue, we wrongly thought there was an 11pm curfew and he was even flexible to play an extra half an hour by request - something he really didn't have to do, but we were very grateful to be able to let our hair down and dance with the handful of remaining guests. As well as being well prepared and professional, he was super easy to deal with and came across really well, we'd totally recommend booking him for your event. Thanks very much, Alistair! "We cannot recommend 'Rock Hunters' enough – they were absolutely fantastic at our wedding! From start to finish, they truly brought our celebration to life. Not only are they incredibly talented musicians, but they also know how to read the room and get everyone up and dancing. The energy they brought was infectious, and they had guests of all ages on their feet all throughout their set. One of the highlights was their personal touch. They took the time to learn our first dance song, and their performance of it was beyond perfect. It made that special moment even more memorable for us. Their interaction with our guests was also amazing – they were so friendly and engaging, making everyone feel part of the fun. "I have had the pleasure of taking in the Hollywood Boulevard show a few times and im very excited for their upcoming show at EastSides Bar and Grille in London Ontario. Their take on Motown, Funk ,Disco and any other surprises that they throw in are not to be missed. They fill and keep the dance floor hopping from their first song to their oncore. This six piece band are all professional performers and put on an excellent show and are very good at mixing and engaging with the audience. They are very accommodating to both the venue, their staff and mostly, the patrons. If this is your kind of music then I would highly recommend seeing them You won’t be disappointed. "
