" “ I want to thank The Midtown Horns for a spectacular show. The NSDDS Gala and Benefit for Sam was a great success and our guests were thrilled with the great sounds and song stylings of this fabulous band. Once again, my thanks to The Midtown Horns”! "Just went to see Lady A for the first time. WOW what a show. Soulful voice for all kind of great songs. She had the place dancing and interacting with the crowd. Just a great time. Will look for information to see where she is playing next. The band wirh her is also fantastic as they played some songs b4 she came out. Great voices there too."

"If you’re thinking about booking Collectives Gospel Choir then book without hesitation! They were beyond perfect adding something truly unique to our wedding day. They made a lasting impression with my Dad even improvising and adding “Oh Happy Days” into his wedding speech. My only regret is that we didn’t have them for longer. I could have stood and listened to them all day long. The perfect touch. Thank you so much guys and I hope we get the pleasure of being in the audience again (this time for a little longer) Lots of love Leonie and George x"

"Last weekend i met the group at the Christmas Party of an Alzheimer care home. i was fascinated by the bright positive energy they spread. Musically there was everything from gentle soulful to vibrant upbeat, acoustic and yet virtuosic and strong - at the end the whole ward was singing and dancing along to Balkan music..."

"Wedding - Dawn S. - May 15th, 2021 We booked Josh West Trio for our 70-person outdoor Scottsdale wedding in May, and they were absolutely phenomenal! They were extremely professional leading up to and during our event, making sure they had the lay of the land and were coming well prepared with the right equipment etc. Josh also graciously offered to bring an extra keyboard along so my Uncle could play a special processional song for my walk down the aisle. Their music is on-point for a mixed-age audience, vocals were off the charts, and every one of our guests were signing, dancing and raving about their performance. You will not regret booking these guys - they made our special day even more special and we are SO thrilled we chose them for our wedding!"

We went to a restaurant just off Sixth Avenue and wound up talking from 2:30 pm until 8:00 pm. All those hours we talked about the saxophone, about music, and how this must-cian from Seattle was faring in the Apple. Another time, he called me at 2:00 am insisting that I listen to a new musical idea he had forged for himself. Next morning the telephone receiver was on the floor; I had tallen asleep. Embarras-sed, I mustered what I hoped was a believable apology. I don't think it mattered however. He'd played that night because he couldn't contain the energy, moved to share this wonderful gift of music. His music, this gift, will inspire you. It's at once bold and incisive, spirited and alarming. Booker 1. is daring enough to bring together in his own compositions things that are usually kept separate - jazz and religious music. It makes for a spritely, fun sound. The listener will be moved by the intensity, range and absolute beauty of the entire delivery. But caution: do not trust the titles, expect a surprise.. As music brings the warmth and light of beauty into our lives, this recording will warm our hearts and spirits. Through this light, perhaps we will see a little more of ourselves. Possibly, we will come to understand a bit more of each other. Either way, it is a wonderful gift. Booker 1. is a colossal talent! Gregg Gordon "

Your first dance was indeed special…not normally one we’d play, but what a banger it was. Thanks again for inviting us to share your day.

"Anna sang tonight and our guests loved the set that she performed, and are looking forward to seeing her again in two weeks' time! It was just the type of things we wanted, loud enough to be heard, with feet tapping and heads nodding to the beat."

"Thank you Jonathan and the band so much for making a very sad day go with a ‘swing’. It was exactly what my Mum wanted, a jazz band playing at her funeral and at the reception afterwards. You were all very professional lovely people and I would recommend you every time, for all occasions, not just funerals. Once again thank you"
