"A perfect "headliner" for a backyard party. Riley is a polished performer, who added so much to our backyard "ranch" party. He is kind, interesting and was willing to "fit" the theme. Everyone raved. He was the highlight, but didn't need to be in the spotlight. Thank you Riley! "

We went to a restaurant just off Sixth Avenue and wound up talking from 2:30 pm until 8:00 pm. All those hours we talked about the saxophone, about music, and how this must-cian from Seattle was faring in the Apple. Another time, he called me at 2:00 am insisting that I listen to a new musical idea he had forged for himself. Next morning the telephone receiver was on the floor; I had tallen asleep. Embarras-sed, I mustered what I hoped was a believable apology. I don't think it mattered however. He'd played that night because he couldn't contain the energy, moved to share this wonderful gift of music. His music, this gift, will inspire you. It's at once bold and incisive, spirited and alarming. Booker 1. is daring enough to bring together in his own compositions things that are usually kept separate - jazz and religious music. It makes for a spritely, fun sound. The listener will be moved by the intensity, range and absolute beauty of the entire delivery. But caution: do not trust the titles, expect a surprise.. As music brings the warmth and light of beauty into our lives, this recording will warm our hearts and spirits. Through this light, perhaps we will see a little more of ourselves. Possibly, we will come to understand a bit more of each other. Either way, it is a wonderful gift. Booker 1. is a colossal talent! Gregg Gordon "

"My team and I truly enjoyed collaborating with Damon for our client’s wedding reception! He made the planning process smooth and stress-free with clear, timely communication and responsiveness—qualities we deeply value when working with fellow vendors. On the wedding day, Damon was prompt, professional, and brought such great energy to the celebration. I personally loved the music selection—it set the perfect tone for the evening! We’re excited to add him to our preferred vendor list and absolutely look forward to working with him again on future weddings. 10/10 recommend!"

"We booked Chris as Mellow Guitar for our wedding ceremony to play gently in the background while guests were coming in and getting settled. It set the tone beautifully. During the registration signing he played Cavatine, Keith's favourite, and it created a lasting memory. "

"Verified Review October 29, 2023 Adam was great to work with. We hired him as a DJ/solo performance for an outside event celebrating Halloween with families. He was in constant contact before the event to plan with us the music we were interested and he put together some great sets. I would hire him again for any event."
