"They exceeded our expectations and gave us such an amazing wedding party. The dance floor was always packed, and they did a great job engaging the crowd, changing song lyrics, adding extra touches. The communication was incredible throughout, so clear, quick & enthusiastic. Would highly recommend booking Eccentric Pony to anyone!"

"We hired the boys for our works Christmas party and we're so glad we did. What an excellent band. The dance floor was rammed all night and there was a good mix of ages. 80s music seems to go down well with everyone. One of if not THE best works do we've put on. Hope we can get permission to book them again next year!"

"Hot-Wax was phenomenal! We booked them for our wedding at Chateau Allure du Lac (early September 2022). They were legitimately the best wedding band I've ever heard. I've been a musician for 25+ years and can say with confidence that these guys are extremely talented musicians and top-notch performers. All of our guests had the time of their lives dancing the night away to their music. They even learned a few special songs for us and performed them perfectly. Great music, great stage presence and energy, and all around great guys to work with. We were thrilled with the band, and give them our absolute strongest recommendation! Sincerely, Devin Henry"

They were amazing, pay attention to detail, even down to the number of outfit changes. They are the best at what they do- entertain!"

"Goldsworth Gerry – I can’t thank you guys enough for making my 40th birthday party a truly fantastic night to remember. Literally everything went according to plan, and the playlist was spot-on. Martin made sure that I was kept up-to date with everything and I felt totally confident that they would deliver; and deliver is the understatement of the day. It was electric! After requesting one of my favourite songs by the Chilli Peppers very last minute, you pulled the most incredible performance out of the bag, and even let me fulfil my life-long dream and sing along with you. Friends and family were so impressed by the quality of your vocals and instrumentals throughout the evening. I’ve never heard so many encores! Can’t wait to see you play again. Thank you both!"

We love 80s music but were a little apprehensive about booking an 80s band, thinking it's not for everyone. How wrong can you be! Everybody loved it and we danced all night. "We cannot express how grateful we are to the band for being there on our special wedding day! At our drinks reception they performed so appropriately and the music was a perfect addition to our wedding drinks and canapés out on the lawn. During our evening reception the band really helped to get the party started and get our guests up dancing. They asked us beforehand what songs we would like and they were all performed so fantastically! Everyone was so complimentary of them and I cannot recommended them any more highly! It must also be said how kind the band members were too, congratulating us on our day and checking in with us that everything was going ok. Thank you so so much!"

Your voices, your level of performance and the way you interacted with our guests was just absolutely fantastic. I keep reliving the way you sang and all the songs in my head, you really did make our wedding. All of your voices are simply stunning and I’d thoroughly recommend you to anybody for their wedding.
