Review Centre: Country Singers

"Watched Rachel at BBC Gardeners' World at Beaulieu yesterday, and she was brilliant, thoroughly enjoyed the only half-hour I had a chance to share. It was almost all non-country (which is fine by me!) and she projected such energy through great guitar-playing, even though this was probably her tenth or so session over the holiday weekend! Would happily pay to watch somewhere, a pub evening would be great. Sure she would be excellent for private parties. I shall be watching out for any local listings..."

"Owning a wine bar that featured musicians was a treat, but one of my very favorite bands to listen to and work with was The Magpies. Everyone knows the songs in their repertoire, and their personalities made them a joy to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough! Kelly @ Sips & Gulps"

"Dave performed at our small gathering in our local restaurant/bar on the evening before my dad’s wedding. It was arranged as surprise and it turned out to be one of the highlights of the entire event. His sound and professionalism is second to none and we look forward to inviting him to future events. He wowed the management at the venue so much that I believe they’re going to ask him to return to play for them. Thanks ever so much Dave!"

"I have the distinct privilege of being in the same church choir where C J is a member. He and Betty (whom we all love too!) are fairly new members of our church, and I knew immediately he was gifted by God. He adds his special touch to our church and especially our choir with his personality and talents. Thanks for sharing with us what God has gifted you with!!!"

"Andrew’s performance was so moving and made our church wedding absolutely perfect! He played and sang during our champagne reception. We were all so touched and a few tears were shed. Simply a brilliant artist. He has a beautiful voice and plays the guitar so well! And he gave a superb rendition of my husband’s favourite song. I can’t recommend Andrew highly enough."

"Dennis was amazing! Dennis was super responsive and so easy to work with. He showed up early to practice and to the event. He kept us in the loop with what he needed, when he would be there, and any other details. He was an exceptional leader and musician. As a worship leader, he was a strong leader and the rest of the band loved having him around. He connected with the band, the church, and the whole community. His presence felt natural in our space and it felt like he had been there for a while even though it was his first time at our church. We were honored and blessed by him as a musician, as a leader, and as a singer."

"An absolute highlight of our wedding!! :) Andrew played and sang during the wedding ceremony and the reception, and both we and our guests were absolutely delighted. It somehow went perfectly with the summer weather and the atmosphere. We chose Andrew because of his beautiful voice and his song repertoire, which suited us perfectly, and we weren’t disappointed. On top of that, there was his friendly manner and his flexibility both in the run-up to the event and on the day itself. Once again: thank you so, so much for being there, Andrew!! "Wow what a duo !!! Great sound, song selection, variety of music you can rumba, two step, Cha Cha, and waltz to. And I might add both have outstanding personalities as well."
