Review Centre: Wedding Musicians

"After deciding I really wanted a band as a gift to play for my 30th, I did some browsing. I was then recommended Radius 45 by another band to perform for my 30th Birthday! I then got in touch with Michael, who was so accommodating and even juggled things around to be able to play for us. We then went to watch them a month before at The Deepings Caravan Park and there 2 x sets were absolutely brilliant. They had everyone on they're feet. We then spoke to Michael after they had finished and he couldn’t be more happy to help and guide us with our night. After a month of excitement and seeing everything come together, the group arrived and set up without a problem. They all wished me a happy birthday when I walked in and were smiley and bubbly. They fitted in, like they were part of the party. I also asked if we could move things slightly earlier then the original schedule and they were happy to do this for us! The Guys then got changed and looked amazing on stage and kicked off and had everyone on the dance floor! Michael, Jamie, Joe and Arty you are all so very talented and I feel very lucky to have you perform at my birthday. You were the absolute highlight of the night and gave me a birthday I certainly won’t forget! Not only are you all very talented your the most loveliest and enthusiastic guys! Everyone that attended, loved you guys and thought you were amazing! They pulled me up on stage and sang happy birthday to me and presented me with the most gorgeous gift and card - such a lovely and thoughtful thing to do!! Thankyou!! I honestly can’t thank you all enough, I can’t believe it’s already over and how quick the night went! I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on your gig dates and will come and see you perform!! I would highly recommend Radius 45 to anyone looking for a talented, fun band to play for there occasion. They went above and beyond for us!! They certainly won’t disappoint and you’ll be on your feet in seconds! Thank you so much Michael, Jamie, Joe and Arty for everything!"

After the presentation / release they made a party for our business guest. We are very happy that we worked with these professional Dj's! The have a good sound system too! Greetings Ron."

"We booked the distance for several shows at Shaw Hill golf and spa hotel for Christmas 2015. What a fantastic group! The guests loved them the energy was amazing and songs out of this world they obviously spent time putting together a solid song to ensure a wide ranging audience was kept entertained. "Here's more clear evidence courtesy of Italian-born saxophonist Mirko Fait's quintet that tasteful jazz doesn't run its course at America's borders. These are accomplished musicians who know how to swing and can hold their heads high in any company, foreign or domestic. On the other hand, there is nothing here that sets Fait's group apart from many others of its size and makeup; it is simply a well-schooled working ensemble doing its thing, no more and no less. Fait, who plays soprano and tenor sax, is joined on the front line by flugel Roberto Piermartire, who, like Fait, is an accomplished musician whose solos are invariably polished if not otherwise exceptional. Pianist Antonio Zambrini is another strong soloist, while bassist Rodrigo Amaral amplifies the group's persona by adding his husky baritone on four selections. The quintet's other member, drummer Roby Giannella, is a solid timekeeper who tends to his duties without stepping on anyone's toes. Guitarist Giampiero Spina adds a pastel solo voice on "Sad Eyes Child," "B Mine" and "Funny Day." The program is composed primarily (eight of ten tracks) of compositions by Fait, and they are melodic and charming if less than memorable. Several are in a Latin mode including Amaral's vocals on "Quanno Chiove," "Rebecca Smile," "Nada Mais" and "Aquarela." While the quintet is pictured on the inside jacket performing at the Sant' Elpidio Jazz Festival, Confidences was recorded in a studio, most likely at Fait's home base, Milan. Other particulars are elusive, as the liner notes are in Italian. What is most germane, of course, is whether Fait's quintet is proficient and worth hearing, and the answer to that is yes. The songs, all originals, are for the most part bright and charming, and the quintet plays them well. Although there is nothing here that blazons superiority, neither is there anything that is less than well-managed. "Dan was brilliant from beginning to end - and that's not just me talking. Everyone at our party - about 75 people thought he was wonderful. He took it gently, didn't take over, and just sang and played gently, thoughtfully and imaginatively. This sounds a bit naff, but I think he could easily win some tv competition - and probably be ruined by Simon Cowell! Thanks Dan - you were friendly, approachable, and supremely talented. "Emanuele went above and beyond our expectations at our wedding reception. He communicated wonderfully before the event and came thoroughly prepared. He even visited the venue in advance to check the piano. Emanuele thoughtfully asked for our playlist and played all of our favorite songs in addition to his own wonderful selections. Our guests absolutely loved his music! He is not only an incredible pianist but also a truly kind person. We couldn’t have asked for anything more for our special day!"
