"Matt (Sax) and Kieran (Bongos) were incredible last night. Their performance made my wife’s 40th a night she will never forget. Would book them again without hesitation, in fact I’m trying to think of a reason we can have another party to get them along."

"Hired Lewis for my 40th! Hands down an amazing vocalist with a lovely personality, so down to earth! Everyone kept asking where I found him... an incredible mix of songs that everyone loved, exactly what I wanted. The only regret is not booking him for longer! Don’t hesitate, book him now!!!!"

"Both the bride and groom and I were very pleased with your presence and the atmospheric music that you played. The guests also gave us good feedback. "I booked Blag back in November 2018 and everything was very straightforward. Adrian, David and Michael were all very friendly and very professional. They arrived in plenty of time and set up with minimum impact on the rest of the party. They played at my 60th birthday party and played a mixture of ceilidh music to dance to, and other music in between, while we recovered !! Michael is a very good caller and, although we only had one experienced ceilidh dancer in our group, he was able to teach us quite a few dances. I absolutely loved my party and several of my guests also commented on how good the band were, and how much they'd enjoyed the whole evening. The last dance we did was definitely my favourite - lots of couples dancing in a big circle, gradually getting faster and faster !! Thanks again Blag !"

"Kevin , Married on 20/Aug/2023 5.0 Professional and extremely helpful, highly recommended We contacted Jennifer via weddingwire, among other vendors simply because of her impressive profile, the type of instrument and the range of music she could offer. Jennifer was upfront in saying that she was already engaged during our event and she would have another experienced cellist to play as a substitute. We had no issue with the arrangement and trusted her recommendation, all the while Jennifer and us worked through the ceremony and the associated music pieces. The entire process was seamless, trouble free and we were very very happy on the day of our wedding. Zero disappointment. Sent on 16/Sep/2023"

"Saw this band at my friends wedding, they were amazing, I’m not a huge country fan but they certainly got everyone up dancing, and they thoroughly entertained us all! Highly recommended!"

"SO MUCH FUN! We stopped by on our way up to our lake place and ended up staying until closing! Between the sparkly outfit and matching personality, great voice and awesome music, this was the best karaoke we’ve ever been to, and we've been to a lot of karaoke! Seriously, if you care about the sound and music quality and how you sound when you sing, go with Velvet Sounds. This host really knows what she is doing and puts on an impressive show! Thanks for the great time - Let us know when you will be back"

"My daughter turned 18 and I turned 60. That had to be celebrated! We already had a beautiful location in the city centre of Leiden at the Hooglandse Kerk, the Branderij. We were expecting our good friends, family and colleagues. Now all we needed was music: I had already heard Eline. Her voice complemented by the musicians Nick, Han and Mark: the evening could not have been better. The reaction of all our guests was the same: perfect music. At the first session a few legs were lifted off the floor. At the last session the dance floor was full."

"Gemma was fantastic. Every one in the church at my Daughter's Wedding Day was amazed to this wonderful gift that I gave her and her husband on their wedding day, such a beautiful voice that she produced and to most people as we heard on the day were amazed to see Gemma sing as she expressed herself with heartfelt meaning. My daughter and her husband were so emotional and it was their highlight of the day. They would like to thank Gemma so much for making this happen and being so special to them, I would also like to add that she was so discreet and when she appeared it was so very touching and amazing. "Thank you again Terry for making my 40th sooo special! Terry was very professional but at the same time mingled amongst my friends and family and got deep into the party. He really is very talented, playing along to my play list of all types of music. We all especially loved him playing to my friend on the decks, playing funky house, this really got the party going didn’t want him to leave!! Highly recommend! Great night had by all. X"
