"Point Five were great! Band played amazing music, and the dance callers were fab! We had a tough crowd of anti-dancers but they got them up dancing and we had an amazing time!! Thank you for such a fun evening! Highly recommend !"

"The band is unique combination of Irish teas, Indie n Latin fusion. It suited our crowd at my husbands 40th birthday as we had mixed nationalities and help bring us together, they had to do several encours as no one wanted the band to leave. Would recommend them"

"Blag were really exactly what we were looking for! I don't live in London so I was nervous about choosing a band I hadn't heard play, but they sounded great online, and I spoke to Michael over the phone and on email about the type of party we were having and the music we wanted. Most importantly they played brilliantly on the night, everyone was up out their seats for a good knees up and we were guided round the dances that we didn't know. All the guests were happy. Would definitely recommend!"

"Wow what can I say, we asked for a country band and we booked the Country Rocks Band… they were everything we could’ve asked for! Everyone was up on the dancefloor from the first song to the last drum strike! Amazing night thoroughly had by all. Our guests kept commenting how great they were! "Well last night we was at The Crofton Pub, great venue for some live music loads of space to set up your gear etc and lots of fine ales to sample and boy where they good. Anyway were not here to talk about ales but music! The band playing was called Father Jack, I believe to be in relation with Father Ted the program. The music was fantastic, it was Celtic and very lively, they had, guitar, drums and violin/Banjo/12 string ukelele. As we said the music was lively and very entertaining, in between them singing they would play some instrumental numbers. The instrumental numbers where great as they would get faster and faster and get the crowd going. The crowd where thoroughly enjoying themselves. When we got to our table one of the guys was handing out I guess karaoke handouts, these had the chorus to the some of the songs they where singing, I’ve never seen this before but it has to be a brilliant idea, as the evening went on and the beer was flowing, more and more people joined in with singing in the chorus of the songs. It would seem everyone had a great evening with Father Jack, I would definitely recommend them and if you see them advertised go a long and have a sing-a-long with them, you wont regret it!"

"The Swinton Folk Festival was a little wet, due to howling gales, but it didn't seem to dampen the enthusiasm of those inside the Lancastrian Hall, Best gigs of the event went to Stanley Accrington and a new bunch to me called Beer for Breakfast, (what an awful name,) but nothing awful about their Celtic influenced folk and swing. They did doubly well as their regular fiddler was absent having chopped off his fingers; very bright. Get in touch people if you read this."

"We just wanted to write a short thank you for playing at our wedding. The ceilidh was so much fun and a great success with all our guests. It was nice to see so many people of different ages and stages enjoy themselves together. The ceilidh caller did a great job in directing the moves and the musicians did a great job in playing such beautiful music!! To anyone considering hiring Cats Claw Ceilidh band for your next event- go for it! You won’t regret it! "

"Having Nick and the band play at our wedding made for a perfect evening! The music was fantastic and the caller made sure everyone was able to have a good time, regardless of dancing prowess! Would highly recommend if you’re after a lively and fun evening for all to enjoy!"

"Barnbusters were brilliant for my 40th birthday ceildh. they were very accommodating on time and location as well as being very reasonably priced. The band were great and the caller did a lovely job of getting our novice group dancing and having a good time. I highly recommend."

"Chloe and the country band were outstanding from start to finish. They played a very commercial country set that event the folks who weren’t that into country were up dancing!
