"Livi sang at our Dundee International Women's Centre fundraiser at the Steeple Church in Dundee. This was a well attended multi cultural event with food, music and lots of fundraising. Livi was so wonderful and professional and such a great singer. She hit all the right notes with us! "

They played beautifully for three hours, creating a magical atmosphere during both the ceremony and the dinner. "Michael just did our wedding ceremony in NJ on Friday 3/19 and was AMAZING! He was easy to work with through planning, responsive, and showed up on time preforming perfectly. Was open to every song I wanted, and even recommended some great options to help us plan. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Violinst. 0 complaints - exactly what we were looking for. "

"I hired Michael to play solo violin for my proposal this past weekend. Michael was extremely accommodating and very easy to talk to. He was able to get to the location early and make sure everything was set up. He helped me pick out the perfect songs and unsurprisingly his music was beautiful. From our first interaction, they demonstrated not only professionalism but also genuine passion for creating unforgettable musical experiences. They listened carefully to our ideas, offered thoughtful suggestions, and helped us build a program that reflected our personalities and the emotional tone we wanted for our wedding day. On the day of the ceremony, everything was executed with absolute perfection. The musicians arrived well in advance, fully prepared and calm, which immediately gave us confidence. As the ceremony began, the music transformed the entire atmosphere. The soprano’s voice was rich, expressive and deeply moving, while the violin added a poetic and almost cinematic quality to the most emotional moments. The organ/piano provided a majestic and stable foundation, enhancing every note with depth and resonance. One of the most unforgettable moments was the signing of the register, accompanied by a beautifully chosen instrumental piece that left many guests visibly emotional. "I'm not sure if there are many events that receive such detailed planning attention as do weddings. When my son and future daughter in law asked me if I could find a classical guitarist for their mid-summer outdoor wedding, I was thrilled to be assigned a specific role and to help. Stephan Kane came to us with strong recommendation. He exceeded our expectations from the first moment. At the bride's special request, Stephan was asked to play "La Valse d'Amelie" for the processional. I had heard the piece previously arranged for piano and for orchestra but never for guitar. Stephan created an arrangement for guitar especially for the event. Given that the event was outdoors and the procession stretched a goodly distance, timing the processional was part of the challenge. Stephan did that beautifully. Additionally, he provided lovely selections of his choosing as the guests assembled, appropriate amplification equipment, and executed both set up and break down of his equipment expeditiously and discretely. Stephan was politely responsive to my emails, communicated well and completely, and did for us everything that was expected and more. To me and to many, live music enhances any event. Working with a wonderful musician like Stephan, who is, as well as talented, gracious and humble, makes adding the magic of live music to the ambiance an easy decision. Val J."

"Michael was fantastic and very patient with us - it was a complicated arrangement due to lots of personal circumstances that almost made our event impossible but Michael kept in contact and helped to make it happen. He played a great set and created a wonderful event for our family. Would highly recommend and we hope to repeat the experience in the future."
