"Frank De Blase, Roch City News Sometimes it all just falls into place. The setting, the situation, the scene, the tone -- everything is going your way. That describes last night for me. And at the heart of this mid-week Xanadu was the Rick Holland Uptown Orchestra, a modest, brass-centric outfit led by the trumpet-blowing Holland that swung with equal parts effervescence and laid-back cool at Lovin Cup. And come to find out, five of his Hollands regular guys were sidelined, and the holes on the bandstand were plugged with subs --- hired music muscle like Po’ Boy Erik Jacobs on the slide trombone. By the time the Orchestra heaped on a helping of Count Basie, there was nowhere else I wanted to be. I dragged my mom out in the cold for this show and she was thrilled when they stomped on the Savoy. Holland led the affair with a relaxed air, coaxing more than conducting under his porkpie lid. He went around the bandstand numerous times so every cat there got his fair shake, including pianist extraordinaire Bill Dobbins. This is one sweet band, yes, yes "

"We had the joy of taking Fanfare Express for our wedding, and they were excellent. They are well adapted to difficult conditions: capricious weather, delayed schedule as a result, ... And they created a magnificent atmosphere which delighted all the guests and especially us. Modern repertoire that had everyone spinning at the cocktail party. "

"We are a couple who love Brazilian jazz music, they are very good musicians who also play pop and Italian songs so we made all our guests happy. The atmosphere created was pleasant and appropriate. The guitarist also played during the wedding ceremony, very beautiful songs, he helped us choose them by suggesting some titles. The girl has an extraordinary voice and both of them were kind to everyone, very serious and professional."

"There are not enough words to describe how happy we are with The GuitSax Project - Vasilis and Anastasis are both amazing musicians but, more than that, they are lovely individuals. They played for us during the 'Cocktail Hour' of our daughter's wedding and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They communicated so well before the event and even agreed to Zoom meetings as we were in the UK. They were professional, warm, kind and talented. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts!! "The Free Radicals Brass Band were amazing! They were super easy to work with, and they really brought the energy to the wedding reception. They had a great presence, tons of fun, and of course amazing music. I saw relatives dance that I didn't know were even capable of it! Everyone who was at the wedding had a great time and really enjoyed the music. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. "

"The ChoZen Band was the highlight of our private wedding! Their energy, professionalism, and incredible talent created the perfect atmosphere from the first song to the last dance. They kept our guests on their feet all night with an amazing mix of R&B, soul, and classic hits, and even learned a special song just for our first dance. Communication was smooth, they arrived early for setup, and their sound quality was top-notch. We’ve had so many guests tell us it was the best wedding band they’ve ever heard. If you want a band that will make your celebration unforgettable, we can’t recommend The ChoZen Band enough!"
