"Before we hired Karla Ruiz we looked at many groups…we wanted plenty of music for the ceremony but also the ability to choose our favourite songs and Girona Duo allowed us to do just that. From the moment they listened to our proposed idea we never had a no for an answer. We knew that it would not be easy and it would be a challenge for any musician…it shows when someone does their work with love and affection, and they certainly did. We couldn’t have asked for more, we only have the best words of gratitude to say about them!"

"Thank you for helping to create the perfect romantic and chilled atmosphere to our riverside view wedding ceremony and drinks reception at The Masterbuilder’s at Bucklers Hard. Entrance song ‘At Last’ and exit song ‘All of me’ sung beautifully and the perfect choice for the perfect location. A wonderful duo who contributed to such a beautiful day. Lucy’s vocals were out of this world, with many guests commenting on what an amazing duo they were. Not only were they great artists, they were lovely people, which made it even more special."

"Ian was fantastic from start to finish. I've seen him in action at local venues previously and knew he would be the perfect choice for my wedding. From the minute I booked him he was a massive help, including managing to find us a Saxophonist with only a couple of weeks notice. On the day of the wedding we had him right from the start of ceremony and he made sure to take the pressure off and deal with any issues we had including sorting out the moving of lighting etc when I decided it needed to change location halfway through the night. My guests loved him and he had them up dancing before the main courses had even been served. The music he played was perfect and he even included some wedding guests in the entertainment by providing instruments for them to play (well fake play thank god). Ian made sure to include the music I had requested previously and we had a great time doing some entertaining group dances. Thanks to Ian I have some amazing photos of everyone up dancing, laughing and enjoying themselves. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and we will be wanting him to play at future family events for us. Thank you so much Ian for making our day that bit more fun and memorable. "Please could you pass on our sincere thanks to the band they were absolutely fantastic and everyone loved them. The music and their appearance was very accurate to the real thing.They arrived very early to set up and check everything was to perfection which immediately showed their professionalism. One thing which must not go unmentioned was the willingness of Melanie the manager of the band to help out through the night in any way she could to ensure a successful evening ., which is exactly what it was.
