"We got married on: 03/06/2017 💍 It was a surprise to arrive at my wedding and see Manu playing his saxophone; it was a gift from my sister. We didn't know anything, and what a gift it was! He managed to make the ceremony and the cocktail hour beautiful and unforgettable. We always remember it as a magical moment. Thank you, Manu, for making a dream wedding with your saxophone 🎷"

Felt we could trust them completely with reading the room in terms of what dances to do & when to call the DJ’ing section after the ceilidh. Thanks again!"

"I recently had the pleasure of hiring this group for a corporate event, and from the moment they took the stage, they created a very elegant and refined atmosphere providing the perfect background music for our dinner. Their energy was incisive but never aggressive, allowing all the guests to enjoy the conversation. Each band member was not only talented but also very kind and flexible. Their professionalism throughout the planning process and during the event was top-notch. I highly recommend them for any event."

"My partner Phil and I met at work and our first ever conversation was about music. Over the years, and to this day, music has played a central role in our lives as a couple. From going to gigs, to blasting tunes while working at home, or anticipating new album releases from our favourite artists, music is at the core of who we are as people. When Phil proposed we knew we wanted an amazing live band for our wedding, that reflected our taste and would bring the party. It couldn't just be *any* function band - they had to have soul. After doing hours of research looking for an RnB band, we found Mark. Boy did him and the band come correct! We had 2 sets with the 7 piece band, one motown set and one rnb set, followed by their DJ who curated a real party playlist, moving through hip hop, grime, garage and more. So many of our guests said the band was the best they'd heard at a wedding. We danced into the night and had the best day of our lives. Thank you to you and the band for being so damn amazing! We didn't expect that the band would learn a song to play as our first dance. We requested Outstanding by The GAP Band and they performed it down to a t. Just incredible"

"I hired The Cheers for my wedding and they were absolutely fantastic. Not only were they incredible on the day, with so much energy, exceptional performances, and friendly vibes, but they were so flexible and practical leading up to the wedding. I really appreciated how approachable and communicative Ben, the Band Manager, was and how he made me feel that we could figure out some of the practicalities as the wedding plans chopped and changed. A superb band, well organised, professional and got everyone on the dance floor every minute they performed. I would recommend to everyone and will be using The Cheers again, no doubt."

"As a Corporate Events Director, I have contracted with a Sought Out City Band for two consecutive years in row due to their talent, music selection, level of skill, and overall ability to entertain a crowd! They are PERFECT for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, celebrations, and corporate events. Finding a band that can truly entertain in a corporate setting can definitely be challenging-- but Lisa, Matt and her team were not only up to challenge but they crushed it! Their multi-media team can incorporate your staff photos, logos, and make you feel entertained without being pushy! 5 VERY large stars with SOC! We will hire them again, for sure!
