Photo of Biker Band Biker Band "The Kings’ regulars are probably the luckiest people in Lincolnshire, maybe even the East Midlands! Not only do they have fabulous hosts in Richard and Sharon, they also provide the best music free of charge every weekend and they don’t come much better than the Bikers Band wherever you may go. Quiet and staid does not exist in their vocabulary, Mister-Pink is power funk, rock and blues at its very best covering the likes of Cream, Jimi Hendrix and The Rolling Stones but also mixing in their own songs in a seamless blend of quality entertainment. I asked Simon for his set list after the gig and do you know what the response was? “What set list? We just play what the audience like!” Believe me there are not many bands that can make such a confident statement. How many encores did we have? I lost count, the holiday weekend busy bar wanted more so The Bikers Band duly provided. Of course we must not forget the superb bass playing of Jules and Balding Bloke was in his element sound engineering when the drummer let rip with a storming drum solo. I don’t know what they feed them on in Norfolk however it seems to be an excellent diet for drummers! Now here’s a teaser for you…whilst we were clearing up afterwards I happened to mention that he’d forgotten to use his harmonica. That was it, straight to his kit and “Not Fade Away” commenced, The bassist struck up his acoustic guitar and the remaining customers and bar staff all immediately broke into song…Most likely we won’t see these guys again until next year, that’s going to be an awful long wait for many of us! ~ gig reviewer - Lincolnshire Press" Based in Norwich, England John Blading - Music Venue Photo of One Eyed Cats One Eyed Cats "So, according to the One Eyed Cats website they are a … High-octane rock & roll, cool blues, jumping rhythm, driving rock or a hair-down sing-along, the Cats always deliver. And deliver incredibly well. Their large line up is suited to their huge sound, with a fiery brass section, rocking guitar and rolling piano. Their music is always lively, passionate and entertaining. They always aim to lift the roof off, rock socks off and leave everybody fully entertained – having had a good laugh, boogie and night. All with immense enthusiasm, fine humour and unquestionable musicianship. As cheesy as it might sound, I have to agree! I was at a gig last week in the Brewery Tap, Peterborough, a very popular and well established pub, Thai restaurant and micro brewery, if you’ve never been before then make sure you go because if you like a quiet pub there’s a spot in a corner for you (they have good beer) and if you like it louder then there’s loads of different DJ nights, soul music, bands, a Prince tribute night is coming soon and tomorrow they have The Peterborough Big Band. So back to the gig, It was a Thursday of a bank holiday weekend no less, so it was bound to not be a normal Thursday night! The crowd had had food, were drinking after work, any band would do well but the Cats brought a little something different tonight, they have many years of gigging experience behind them and they turned up, plugged in and rocked the place! The Cats filled the dance floor and by end of the night left everyone wanting more. All the band are brilliant musicians, you definitely wont see any backing tracks here, they seemed to enjoy the night as much as the crowd so if you want a good night out go find the Cats and bring your friends!" Based in Peterborough, England Lucy - Brewery Tap, Peterborough Photo of Eugene Moore Eugene Moore "Brilliant music for our 50th celebration, responsive on messages, prompt and flexible with our requirements- thank you!" Based in London, England 19th July 2026 Niloufar Nikpour - BIRTHDAY Photo of Violin and Saxophone duo Violin and Saxophone duo "Stevie and Matthew performed for my 60th birthday party a series of old rock hits. It was so awesome, I didn’t know these instruments could go so well together. Would highly recommend !" Based in London, England 18th May 2026 Shone MacDonald - Birthday party Photo of The Brubeck/Desmond Experience The Brubeck/Desmond Experience "The Brubeck/Desmond Experience commanded a full house at The Bulls Head in Barnes, a premier London jazz venue. We have booked then again for this year. Cool and realistic to famous The Brubeck Quartet." Based in London, England Larry Pryce - Jazz Club Photo of The Sax Player The Sax Player "Whether as MD, arranger or instrumentalist (or as is often the case, all three), Simon brings a level of rock-solid professionalism that makes everything a pleasure. His exceptional talents as an instrumentalist go without saying. But he is a dependable and hugely reassuring presence onstage and great fun off it. A real asset to any ensemble.
