World Music in MaltaHawaiian entertainers in Malta bring the authentic sounds and cultural traditions of the Pacific Islands to events, featuring the gentle melodies of ukulele, the distinctive tones of steel guitar and the graceful movements of traditional hula dance. These performers specialise in creating tropical atmospheres that suit luaus, summer parties and beach or poolside weddings near you.
Local Hawaiian acts typically come in three formats: a solo or duo ukulele act for background music and acoustic sets, a small band with steel guitar and bass for fuller sound, or a band paired with one or more hula dancers for a complete show. Some acts also offer a brief lei greeting on arrival or short audience hula lessons. Set lengths usually run 45 minutes for background music through to multi-set evening performances, with most acts bringing their own PA for outdoor and smaller indoor venues.
Hawaiian entertainment in Malta currently ranges from €100 to €1,100, with an average booking cost of €310. Solo ukulele performers and acoustic island musicians sit at the most accessible pricing tier, while full Hawaiian bands featuring multiple instruments, traditional costumes and hula dancers command higher rates. Local acts often provide better value than those requiring significant travel, though authentic Hawaiian performers from the islands themselves may justify premium pricing through their cultural expertise and traditional training.

"Wui lol, I don't wanna know how much you play for. I just came to say how good y'all were last night at Thessa's 21st. I'm sure y'all already know it. Amazing voices 👏 really touched the fatu. Also, the band players were just too good. Very talented. LOVE LOVE LOVED IT! Appreciated the music so much. 😭 I was your biggest fan 🤣🤣🤣 was hard to keep my ass still when y'all got on. I enjoyed it soo much that apparently, some lady said to me "its not yo birthday" and I said to my cousin, "Oh aye, I couldn't hear her because I was feeling the music." Hahaha. Thank you again. 🤍"

"We are extremely thrilled with our outcomes using Island Jams. They were responsive, flexible and Aaron was as advertised. His talents were top notch and he was willing to work with us on our schedule and so easy to work with. He came on time, prepared and was ready go a little early and stayed a little later than scheduled. We would definitely use Island Jams in the future and recommend to anyone and everyone looking for an option for Hawaiian music!"

"Mark is talented and professional, and his music made my husband's 50th birthday surprise party extra special. Mark arrived on time, didn't require too much space, had a playlist prepared, and played all the way through. I was unsure where he should set up since the event was held at our home, but he politely made suggestions and gave feedback as to what would work best (and he was right). Prior to the event, Ricky reached out to see if I had any instructions or questions and promptly replied to any comments that I had - I appreciated that! Thank you Mark and Island Jams Productions! I highly recommend you to everyone looking for ukulele players and Hawaiian entertainment."
