Live jazz groups bring a polished, adaptable sound to weddings and events near you. These professional musicians handle everything from soft background music during dinner to high-energy dance sets, adjusting their repertoire and volume to suit your venue and occasion. Most jazz acts offer flexible lineup sizes, so a trio that plays your cocktail hour can expand to a quintet or larger group for the evening.
The most popular format is a three or four-piece jazz group for wedding receptions and corporate functions, with a classic combination of piano or guitar, bass, drums and sometimes saxophone or vocals. Smaller duos work well for ceremonies and intimate settings, while larger ensembles with brass and dedicated vocalists suit bigger venues and dance-focused events. Many jazz musicians locally also offer themed sets, including 1920s Gatsby-era jazz, bossa nova, and modern pop songs rearranged in a swing style.
Jazz bands in Sicily currently range from €160 for smaller ensembles to €2,050+ for larger groups or extended performances, with an average booking cost of €600. Price typically reflects the number of musicians, set length, travel requirements, and any custom arrangements. Trios and quartets offer good value for most events, while full big band setups command a higher fee but deliver a richer, more dynamic sound.

Glance Up
"Wonderful
I discovered them online purely by chance and was pleasantly impressed.
Beyond the kindness and professionalism shown by Simone—our initial point of contact—they made our wedding anniversary unique and engaging like no other. I should mention that we have worked in the wedding catering industry for years, and never—I repeat, never—have I come across a group like this. Fantastic live music that managed to get us involved right from the very start of the evening; I am eternally grateful to you for making this special occasion even more unique."
Marcello Leanza
"Words can’t describe how incredible Marcello and the whole band were for our wedding, 23/5/2026. I feel emotional just writing the review! From the moment I contacted Marcello, his professionalism and attention to detail has made me feel extremely special and valued, his communication was exceptional and he truly put in the time and effort to make our day magical, even playing “Here Comes the Sun” by the Beatles for us as a special nod to our Liverpool roots. The band looked impeccable, so stylish in their suits and sunglasses! And they ensured everything ran smoothly, from the ceremony, to the aperitivo and then the dinner. Not only that, the music was simply breath taking - every song choice we loved. It was lively, but classy and still allowed guests to talk while enjoying it. The setting - sipping our wine in the Sicilian sunset with their fantastic music… it’s something we’ll never forget. Each musician was a master of their craft and we genuinely feel honoured to have had them. I feel like we have made a friend for life and we extend the invitation to visit us in Liverpool, if they ever fancied it! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, we genuinely are on a high from the day."
Jazzamuri
"Absolutely great
They were absolutely great. As a Dutch couple we organised our wedding in Sicily. We could not have wished for a better band than Jazzamuri. Marcello was also very friendly and even helped us with recommendations to make the day even better."
Cristiano Giardini
"Cristiano Giardini made the atmosphere of our evening unique and refined. In addition to being a talented musician with great experience, he is also a punctual, reliable and helpful person who will know how to understand your needs and give you excellent advice on organizing your event. We are looking forward to seeing him again soon for some other occasion."
