Failed card payments / payment issues

If your card payment fails, it could be for several possible reasons, but don't worry - we're here to help.

Most commonly, payments fail if you enter the wrong verification details in the 3d secure process mandated by your card provider.

Most card providers will ask you questions during the 3d secure process like confirming your CV2 security code or registered card address.

If your payment fails, please double-check if:

  1. You have entered your card information correctly.
  2. Your card is currently valid.
  3. You haven't reached any limits on your card.

You can also contact your bank to make sure that you can make payments to an international company based in the UK.

If your payment fails, please try again, or get in touch for futher help.
