Forgotten your password, or just can't get into your account? The fix is a password reset link, emailed to the address on your account. You can start one right here:
How the reset works
- Click the Reset password button above (or the Reset your password link on the login page - it appears once you've entered your email) and enter your registered email address.
- We'll email you a message called Gig Heaven Password Reset (from noreply@gigheaven.com) containing your reset link - check your spam folder if it doesn't appear within a few minutes.
- Click the link, then click Reset my password on the page that opens. You'll be signed in and asked to set a new password.
- Enter and confirm your new password (at least 6 characters) and click Set password - you'll see Password updated, and you're back in.
Each reset link can only be used once - if a link says it's already been used or expired, just request a fresh one.
If you signed up with Google, Apple or Facebook
Accounts created with a social login don't have a password to start with - the easiest way in is the matching Continue with Google / Apple / Facebook button on the login page. If you'd also like to sign in with your email and a password (for example, because you've lost access to the social account), use the reset flow above to set one - your social login and any passkeys keep working as before.
