Customers find and compare suppliers, discuss their event, and book with a written contract - with a small deposit confirming the booking and the rest paid directly to the supplier. Here's how that works from each side.
For customers
- Find suppliers - search, browse the categories, or let us suggest suppliers for your event. Enquiring is free.
- Discuss the details - message suppliers through your account, or hold a free video meeting.
- Get a quote and a contract - the supplier quotes an all-inclusive price, then sends a booking contract setting out exactly what's agreed.
- Confirm with the deposit - agree the contract and pay a 10% deposit to Gig Heaven by card. That locks the booking in, and you and the supplier automatically receive each other's direct contact details. The remaining 90% is paid directly to the supplier - see how payments work.

For suppliers
- Create your listing - free to set up, with photos, audio, video, prices and reviews, and shown to customers searching your area.
- Reply to enquiries - discuss the event by message or video meeting, and send a quote.
- Send the contract - create the booking contract with your payment instructions and any extra terms.
- Get booked and get paid - the customer's 10% deposit to Gig Heaven confirms the date; your 90% earnings are paid directly to you, as your contract sets out.
