Our basic technical requirements are minimal. We simply require:

Four armless chairs.
Adequate lighting (for evening performances).
A flat, stable, and sheltered performance area.
Protection from direct sun, rain, and excessive humidity, as acoustic string instruments are sensitive to weather conditions.
Approximately 3 × 3 meters (10 × 10 ft) of performance space.
If the ceremony or reception is outdoors and far from the parking area, easy access for transporting instruments and music stands.

To help us prepare for the performance, we kindly ask for the following venue information:

Full venue name and address.
Performance location (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, etc.).
Indoor or outdoor setting.
Scheduled performance times and duration.
Estimated number of guests.
Availability of parking close to the performance area.
Distance and accessibility from the parking area to the performance location.
Availability of a sheltered area in case of bad weather (for outdoor events).
Contact details for the venue coordinator or event planner on the day of the event.

Every event is unique, but we especially enjoy performing in beautiful venues with great acoustics and an intimate atmosphere, where our music can truly enhance the experience for the couple and their guests.

Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due 10 days before the wedding date.

We typically require 30–45 minutes to set up before the performance. This includes arranging our music stands, tuning our instruments, and carrying out a final sound check (if amplification has been requested).

Our performance times are flexible and can be tailored to the event. For weddings, we commonly perform for 30–40 minutes during the ceremony, 60–90 minutes for the drinks reception, or a combination of both. We are happy to discuss a schedule that best suits your event.

Absolutely! Our clients are welcome to choose the music they would like us to perform from our extensive repertoire, which includes classical masterpieces, film music, pop, jazz, and contemporary arrangements.

We are also happy to advise on suitable pieces for each part of the event, drawing on our experience to create the perfect atmosphere. If you have a special request that is not already in our repertoire, we will do our best to arrange or source it whenever possible, provided we receive enough notice before the event.
