Thanks Phil, that was a really good gig, it’s such a shame that your social club has now had to close! The crowd we’re great, the venue was great, a shame social clubs struggle to stay viable.

"Oh la la were absolutely amazing! I had dreamed of having French café music at our party and Oh la la provided that and more. As well as the music and Fifi's vocals being wonderful, the they are very charismatic, and were mixing with the crowd, taking requests and generally ensuring we all had a wonderful time. Would absolutely recommend."

"We would like to thank Stéphane and the entire Captain Star team for this excellent performance on our weedding day, wich put a very nice atmosphere on the dance flooe after dessert. I highly recommend this group, very lively with a set list of very good quality, good timeless music and above all magnificent and soft voice from the singer Tamara. All the guests enjoyed themselves and danced well. Do not hesitate to contact them for a nice evening entertainment. "On the night Pete Billigton set the right atmosphere with his piano, leading up to a superb gig with Fleur Stevenson singing, accompanied by Pete and Raph Mizraki on the double bass. Fleur's voice is remarkable and the choice of pieces was most fitting. I was complimented by many friends about the music - some jazz players themselves."

"The Bit Band saved our day! Unfortunately, it ended up raining and we opted for Plan B which somewhat disappointed us. Then, the caterers were very slow and we didn't get started dancing until about 11:00. As soon as the Bit Band started the whole mood of a somewhat logistically disappointing day changed. They had everyone up dancing and singing and even stayed extra because of our late start. I can't thank them enough! Working with Mary was so easy and since we didn't have a wedding planner, she actually helped translate some misunderstanding we had with the caterers about some of the special meals. Believe me, the Bit Band is a game changer and you won't regret hiring them."
