"There are songs that just stand out because they are so different from everything out there. “Stay Down Kat”, by The Unknowns, is definitely one of those songs. There’s a suave, jazzy, bluesy feel to this song, with great lead and backing vocals. It’s sultry, sensual, mysterious, and controlled, yet it has its powerful moments. And who can resist a great sax solo? Those things will draw you in, and soon The Unknowns will be known. "

"Felix responded quickly to our initial enquiry and any follow‑up messages. He took the time to understand the event and the audience - a small gathering of family and friends celebrating a special 80th Birthday. He has a great repertoire to choose from and after picking our favourites, he suggested some additional choices of his own to suit the event. On the day, he was brilliant. Set up was very simple and quick. Felix was very engaged with everyone - friendly, smiley, and incredibly personable. His transitions between genres were seamless, and he connected with guests across all ages - from 19 to 86! Everyone loved him and our Birthday Girl said in her Thank you card "A very big extra Thank you for Felix who made the day!" We would highly recommend Felix - wouldn't hesitate in booking him again and we hope to see him when he’s performing at one of the London hotels."

"We hired the boys for our works Christmas party and we're so glad we did. What an excellent band. The dance floor was rammed all night and there was a good mix of ages. 80s music seems to go down well with everyone. One of if not THE best works do we've put on. Hope we can get permission to book them again next year!"

"We hired Electric Outfit after seeing them at a friend’s 40th birthday party last year, they really keep the room buzzing with a great choice of popular songs that everyone can dance to. I don’t know where they get their energy from but it was maintained throughout! Absolutely professional and friendly in equal measures, I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of having a band play at their wedding."

"Perfect Jazz Band! Secured The Kensie Jazz Band for our 30th Anniversary corporate event. From start to finish they were perfect. Perfect background music while guests are engaging in the social circuit. Perfect background music while being seated and served for dinner. The band can adjust their sound level to your preference. They play a range of music. A live band is a classy touch and adds ambience to any event rather than a standard DJ. It is a completely different vibe. Nice group of people! Good pricing as well. "Wedding October 14 2023 - University Club - Chicago, IL Hi Ron, I've been meaning to shoot you an email. Thank you guys so much, we had such a wonderful time and were so happy and impressed with the music. With everything going on, there were 2 things about the wedding that made it stand out: the food and the band. Our guests loved the music and it was everything that we could have ever wanted and more. " Myself and my husband booked Ian for our wedding in Marbella in 2015. I found him myself through wedding forums however as soon as I mentioned his name to my wedding planner she was excited as she was going to suggest him too. Ian provided entertainment from cocktail hour right until the early hours of the morning. He is exceptional, he is incredibly talented, so much so that all our guests took to the dance floor in the middle of the starter. It was amazing. I believe there's a video here of the impromptu dance session ��. He is a gentleman, he tailored the whole day to suit the crowd and us of course. I would recommend him in a heart beat and not just for a few hours but for the whole days entertainment. He is a showman and a top class one at that.
