"I arranged an hour- long, surprise concert by Arda and Lucy for my husband’s birthday and it was a great success. We all really enjoyed the selection of classical pieces and also the non- classical songs that we all had fun singing along to. Lucy and Arda are very professional musicians and two very nice people! Highly recommended for any event."

"HayLee was just amazing!! We asked for a mellow and classy atmosphere at our ceremony and drinks reception and an upbeat vibe for our evening reception. From the get go, these two woman were brilliant, checking in with us at intervals before the wedding and also taking time to discuss with us which songs from his varied set list we would like played on our day which was really important to us. Hayley and Lee learnt a couple of songs for our Wedding outside of their usual genre and performed them amazingly. We cannot recommend HayLee enough for your wedding/event, 2 absolutely professional, elegant and talented ladies who are brilliant at what they do and getting the party going. Best wedding duo!! "

"Oak & Brass were fantastic and a brilliant surprise for a 60th Birthday party. They were really easy to communicate with beforehand and kindly learned some of the birthday girls favourite songs for the big day. We were up and dancing the minute they started and I don't think any of the party sat down from the moment they arrived. Everyone at the party was raving about the music the day after.... I would book again in an instant. Thanks Oak & Brass!"

"Party Singers duo played at my birthday celebration in Kaikoura. Absolutely fantastic! Great selection of music played, I've had lots of good comments from the crowd also. Communication and organisation couldn't of been better. Get in touch with these two amazing musicians if you want your party to dance the night away. Thanks heaps."

"I The Weddingers sono un mix pazzesco di bravura e talento. Hanno un repertorio incredibile, un sound strepitoso e la capacità di intrattenere da far invidia a chiunque. Sono flessibili, instancabili ed attenti alle esigenze degli sposi! Li adoro anzi li hanno adorati tutti i miei invitati! Li consiglio vivamente se avete voglia di un vero gruppo per il vostro matrimonio, non vi deluderanno! Hanno dei tempi clamorosi, la capacità di mettere la canzone giusta al momento giusto e poi ripeto.. un repertorio favoloso.. dai grandi classici ai Coldplay (Davide poi ha stessa voce di Chris Martin e non esagero), Bruno Mars...stra-stra-stra consigliati!!!"

"Before Alicia and Michael got engaged we had been on a few amazing nights out where Midnight Shindig had played. We knew a great band makes an evening wedding party....and they 210% did. Midnight Shindig- you were amazing. For Paul and I (and I feel confident to speak for the bride and groom as well) you were the cherry on our cake. Thank you SO SO much for the memories. ??"

"We had a Fantastic time, everyone has raved about the All Star Showstoppers, they had everyone up dancing and signing along. It was a fun night. I also want to thank Bryce the sound tech he was great, very helpful and easy going. "We couldn’t thank metropolis live music enough! As many know wedding planning is quite stressful but Mingo Tull (band leader) made it seamless and worry free. We chose them after a friend recommended them and made our wedding a total success! Almost 2 months later and people are still saying “that band was unreal”, “that band was electric”, “my legs were so sore from dancing because of the band”. If you are worried about people dancing at your wedding, then this is the band for you! Metropolis will forever be special to us because they made our dream wedding come true! Also every single band member and sound crew was amazing as well. The talent was unmatched. "Nigel and the Hound Dogs recently played at our wedding. Nigel played a wonderful acoustic set post ceremony and had some of the younger guests entranced sitting cross legged in front of him. We were honoured that the band learnt a new song for our first dance, something we will always remember. The band were fantastic and had everyone up on the dance floor and enjoying themselves throughout their sets. Nigel has provided clear communication throughout and is an absolute gent. Our guests said they were the best wedding band they’d ever seen. Many thanks Hound Dogs!"
