Review Centre: Wedding Bands

"We organised The Cheers to play at our wedding in September 2018, and it was one of the best decisions of the day. I think there are three reasons why I would recommend them: 1. The music is great - The Cheers played a selection of oldies and new music to cater to the tastes of all our guests. We had a lot of kids and they even played some things purposefully to get them on the dance floor with their parents - a lovely touch. They are very talented musicians (with credentials!) and made everything sound great in our venue, even though they only had a short time to sound-check. We received numerous compliments that the band were excellent. They learnt our first dance perfectly and performed it exactly how we wanted. Just fantastic. 2. They are very professional - Our speeches and breakfast overran by about 45 minutes, but the band were extremely accommodating and calm about the delay. They setup extremely quickly to get us back on track and they were thoroughly proficient in breaking down at the end. They brought all their own equipment and everything looked and sounded great. 3. They were very easy to work with - Even though we didn’t meet the band until the day of the wedding, they were extremely easy and pleasant to deal with. Our main point of contact was Ben (the band manager) who was charming, quick to respond to calls and messages and very helpful. Formal arrangements were quick and professional and the entire interaction went very smoothly. Overall, the experience of hiring and hearing The Cheers was faultless. Thank you so much for rounding off our special day with fantastic entertainment."

"What a cool live music band this is. Great and nice team. Really good in communicating via the email. The music style is exactly what we both love. They played during our dinner, which is a perfect addition for the atmosphere to have more get to gathers and dancing between the courses. Really recommend this great band. Grazie e ciao! "The Innocent were absolutely fantastic at our wedding from the acoustic set to the performance during the evening reception. All the guests commented how talented they were and how much they enjoyed them. The selection of songs suited a range of ages, so there was always something for everyone to enjoy. Adam, in particular, was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole wedding process and was always so helpful in answering any questions I had. He made everything so stress free and I appreciated that very much! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who might be thinking of booking them for a wedding! You won’t be disappointed! :)"

"I live on Lefkada and was organising a wedding for a friends son, having seen West Coast before I knew they would be ideal for our mixed ages guests, and they were fabulous, young and old dancing until late. Booking and organising through Danae was easy, she met us at the venue and all the positioning and logistics were easily sorted. Great breadth of music, happy to accomodate favourites, and created a great atmosphere. Very professional and tight sound and vocals, their tech guys handle the set up with ease, and I'm sure I will book them again in the future if I have a party!! "

"Wedding October 14 2023 - University Club - Chicago, IL Hi Ron, I've been meaning to shoot you an email. Thank you guys so much, we had such a wonderful time and were so happy and impressed with the music. With everything going on, there were 2 things about the wedding that made it stand out: the food and the band. Our guests loved the music and it was everything that we could have ever wanted and more. I really meant what I said about how cool it is that you all play this music and hopefully more people my age appreciate the work that you all do. "We just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and the band for helping make our day so special. We fully appreciate how you stepped in at the last minute and were so professional working around our timings. The acoustic set was an added bonus for us and set the tone perfectly. The evening set was then brilliant! It did exactly what we wanted by getting so many people on the dance floor, and keeping them there! "Date of Event: 01/20/2024 We hired the Anthony S Experience ensemble to play for our daughter's engagement party in our home. They were absolutely outstanding! You will not find a better jazz ensemble in New York, Chicago, New Orleans or Paris. They are superb musicians, and we were thrilled to have them play at the party. We had over 60 people at the party, and everyone was raving about the music. Thank you so much for making our daughter's engagement party such a special event! "
