"I was happy to be present at a gig that nestles comfortably in my greatest ever gigs basket. The Paris Swinging Lovers did a straight through 2 hours gig and it was a model of a well thought out repertoire that took us on journey from St. James Infirmary to Raglan Road. Paddy has lived in Paris for the past thirty years, fronting a six man band of rabelasian Irish and French characters, so he knows his trade... Paddy plays trombone that acts as punctuation and percussion. The best entertainer I have seen for a long while."

"Damien made our night - everyone commented on how much they enjoyed his sets and what a thoroughly nice guy he was, even staying over his agreed time as he continued to take more requests. Could not have been more pleased. "Better than Ed" was the comment of the night I think!! Highly recommend this musician if you want to add something extra to a special occasion."

"Ant was the perfect choice for singing at our wedding; he is a very talented musician and song writer. We wanted someone that would really make the day personal to us, someone that was easy to work with and whose music everyone would enjoy. He was able to work all the music we requested into our ceremony seamlessly, was very professional, and he made us feel at ease and that everything was in hand. I could not recommend him enough to someone who is looking for a personal touch to their wedding. Thank you so much Anthony! "

"Russ and the guys played at our party it was amazing from the moment they started playing the dancing started too All ages were there now everyone is hooked I cannot express my thanks to the them enough I think everyone there will still be talking about them for some time I would definitely recommend them Thank you again for making it so memorable Not only was the music great but they all were great too"

We're just back from honeymoon and have been talking about the big day non-stop for the full fortnight! Your band were brilliant and we had a wonderful time dancing the night away with all our friends. (In fact several people have already asked me to pass on your bands contact details as they are keen to book you for their own events.) I'm only sorry your playing couldn't have gone on longer - it was amazing and we absolutely loved it! "Absolutely electrifying! This band turned our wedding reception into a full-on rock concert. Their high-energy takes on classic 70s and 80s anthems had everyone—from grandparents to the dance floor die-hards—on their feet non-stop. The guitarist's solos were pure fire, and the crowd interaction was spot-on. Booked them on a whim from GigHeaven, and it was the highlight of our big day."

"Band super!!!! Cercavamo una band che creasse un'atmosfera, vintage, energica, divertente ma nello stesso tempo raffinata. I ragazzi sono da subito stati disponibilissimi e trasparenti su quello che la loro band ci avrebbe offerto: ogni promessa è stata mantenuta e le aspettative superate. La band propone un repertorio vintage ma anche moderno. Hanno un sound che spacca e l'atmosfera si scalda subito. Scegliendoli non animerete soltanto il vostro matrimonio, ma regalerete ai vostri ospiti un vero e proprio concerto! Due fiati, chitarra, basso e batteria, cosa chiedere di più! La simpatia ovviamente: i selfportrait sono uno spasso, con un'ironia veramente eccezionale! L'unico rammarico al nostro matrimonio è che saremmo andati avanti a sentirli suonare per ore, e invece il tempo è stato tiranno. Hanno fatto ballare tutti, compresa gente che di solito non muove un passo. Si sono prestati con simpatia alle sorprese preparate dai nostri ospiti e hanno saputo fare fronte a una serata complicata da ritardi e cambi di programma repentini dovuti al mal tempo. Ogni momento animato da loro dall'aperitivo al dopocena è stato fantastico. E anche la playlist passata in sottofondo durante la cena era azzeccatissima. Grazie davvero ragazzi. Senza di voi non sarebbe stato lo stesso."
