"​​JBMAC recently preformed a set at our wedding. Me and my wife were so pleased we chose them to preform. On the day they were nothing short of exceptional. The dance floor was buzzing and they really helped Create a party atmosphere. They accommodated our special request for the cake cut and first dance, providing a solo sax player. "We honestly couldn't have asked for a better band. From the planning stages, Sam was fantastic to work with—responsive, accommodating, collaborative, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping create exactly the atmosphere we wanted. What impressed us most was their willingness to make our wedding uniquely ours. They learned multiple songs especially for us that weren't even part of their normal repertoire, including our first dance. Hearing them perform it live was one of the most emotional moments of the entire day, and we're not sure we'll ever be able to hear that song again without thinking of their incredible performance. On top of that, they were unbelievably flexible with our venue setup. Rather than simply performing in one place, they generously performed across two separate locations, requiring them to pack down, move, and completely reset all of their equipment just so our vision could come to life seamlessly. They made what could have been a logistical headache look completely effortless. Sam, Flip and Marina's talent and energy were exceptional, creating the perfect soundtrack to our cocktail hour and first dance and leaving such a lasting impression on us and our guests. Thank you for helping us create a memory that we will treasure forever."

"Can't recommend Kodiak Avenue enough after they played for us at a family party. They were friendly, accommodating, and professional, but more importantly, talented! Aside from a beautiful voice and exquisite guitar playing, they pitched the playlist just right with some lovely song choices. It was a garden party so lots of distractions going on (small children etc.) but they managed to deliver a brilliant set in a very relaxed way. My parents were really happy with how the music went, as was I and everyone I spoke to."

"We chose them for the most important day of our lives, and we couldn’t have made a better decision. The band offers a wide selection of songs, all performed with passion and skill. They welcomed our special requests and were also happy to accommodate song requests from our guests during the party. (Italian) Ci siamo affidati a loro per il nostro giorno più importante e non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore. La band offre una vasta selezione di brani eseguiti con passione e maestria. "We were so happy with our choice of music for our wedding. They were in contact beforehand and we agreed our first dance and extra playing time. They arrived early to set up which made us feel very comfortable when the day was so busy. We would highly recommend them. Many of our guests commented and loved the music. "

"What a great night of entertainment 5 stars - Midnight Shindig are Highly Recommended. “This first class band has a great catalogue of popular songs and is well worth booking if you want a band to dance to from the first to last song performed. The talent of the musicians and the singer are second to none. I would highly recommend them!!!”"

"As you know I have always loved music and parties. In 1965 I introduced world famous groups to a thousand students at university gigs and appreciated how important atmosphere is; you need the right number of people in the right venue, with the right music to give you that special atmosphere. The cost of hiring Horizon was a large part of my budget for our 50th wedding anniversary. But well worth it! Many of the guests (30 from all over the world, the rest Spanish), commented they loved the very wide range and presentation of the songs. The girl singers certainly added to the glamour. The atmosphere they created was superb. I went all out to include a saxophonist and keyboard - more atmosphere. The band also included 6 songs which I especially requested, which shows how easy it was to get on well with the band. I was so relieved as soon as I heard the first song as I knew I had made the right choice. So, if like me, if you wondered if it is the right band, consider the importance of your occasion and what atmosphere you want to create and go for it but remember you can adjust the size of the band if necessary."
