"We booked Alex to play as a duet (him on violin and another member of the quartet on cello) at our awards event. The music, the style and the performance fitted the occasion perfectly. Some of the attendees at the event are, let's say, slightly hard to please, but we had nothing but positive feedback. A wide repertoire and very professional (including turning up at the venue earlier in the day to check over where they were playing). Highly recommended."

We had a fantastic time and loved the dancing, it was a great ice breaker and a lot of our guests said how much fun they had. Hopefully we're not the worst dancers you've ever had! "Toni and her husband were able to come out on short notice and provide and amazing tribute, followed by and Irish toast for the unfortunate passing of my nephew. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to attend services, but was there in spirit and via FaceTime. I had a lengthy conversation with Toni beforehand, where she was more than accommodating!! She went above and beyond, and connected with me on a whole new level in my time of need. She fully understood the gravity of the situation, and didn’t hesitate in pulling out all the stops with her husband and team member!! They played beautifully and looked great in their kilts!! All while posing for pictures with the kids, and generally bringing everyone together. What an amazing send off, and celebration of life for my nephew!! Thank you so much Toni, I would most definitely utilize your services time and time again. You guys did an amazing job!! You really had an impact on everyone’s day while simultaneously… almost effortlessly, providing an amazing performance!! Thank you so much!! 10/10 highly recommend!!😎"

"When searching for a band for our wedding in Italy we came across The Waistcoats and after watching many videos and reading through all the reviews we made contact. The first email from Paul immediately put us at ease and we decided to book them. Throughout the lead up to the wedding, we had a few different requests (speakers for ceremony and microphones for speeches) all which were agreed to with no problem at all! On the day they arrived with plenty of time and had a calm presence and were easy to deal with. They are very experienced and knew what to do without having to be told, which kept us super relaxed. For both parts of the day The Waistcoats played aperitifs and after dinner. They understood what to play and created a fantastic atmosphere. All our guests did not stop dancing even during the aperitifs there was dancing. We also pushed forward the first dance and this was no problem. We had lots of ‘experienced’ wedding guests who exclaimed: “best wedding band ever”! And we also truly believe that too! We can’t thank you enough for everything you did to make our day so very special! Thank you! Ciaran and Charlie"

"We hired Casado for our brand new office launch party as we wanted some subtle background jazz music – we had not used them before, but they were great and so professional and friendly. "Really appreciated Brian's thoughtful presence! If you are looking to avoid an obnoxious DJ at your wedding, Brian is your person! Brian was open to the list of music that we compiled. He added when necessary to keep people dancing and he allowed us to make requests! Brian arrived the day of our wedding knowing just what to do for setup and was calm and confident. He was very adaptable to our needs and wishes, he was not just a DJ he set the tone for our wedding!!!"
