"Now look, getting to witness a musician like Neil playing his first solo show in this format, bare foot, and to a crowd at a packed out pub, is one thing... the crowd (including us) were absolutely blown away, elevated, and swept off to space, throughout Neil's set. This has become a real highlight for us as a band, something we didn't stop talking about the whole way home on Sunday... but then we had to follow this act with our own headline set! Neil was absolutely incredible, sharing a stage with such talent was an honour"

"After seeing Yve on YouTube for the first time singing that song ' Hurt ' I have since been transfixed by that beautiful voice of hers. She can sing a song and put it across to the audience with such passion and emotion , that it can leave not a dry eye in the house . Well, when I her sing live for the first time, firstly on her own and then with the Morganway , Yve didn't fail to deliver ! I was again Mesmerised by her beautiful voice and haunting melodies. One of the songs that Yve covers is Bob Dylan's , ' Buckets of Rain ' and some of the lyrics goes '... you do what you must do and ya do it well ' Yve does that in abundance ! "Kenny Kirby [2021] - Playin' The Cracks (Selected Tracks) [Philly Fillet Records] I came across this artist via DJ Melismo's (aka Mats Olofsson) latest podcast in which he played "Someday We'll All Be Free" (and what a version!), so decided to check out the rest of the album Kenny Kirby's name may not be well known but he has been performing for over forty years with top acts such as Van Morrison, Charlie Grace, Sly & The Family Stone, Delfonics, Three Degrees, Major Harris, Billy Paul, Intruders, Blue Notes, Soul Survivors and was conductor for The Tymes. He is a piano player from Birmingham, AL, and released, what looks like, his debut album "Playin' The Cracks" in April. It is mainly covers, smooth jazz, some instrumentals and some quite MOR tunes, but three tracks did get my attention. I'm fairly sure it's not Kenny singing as some of the vocals are female. No one else is credited on the album, so I'm guessing they are unnamed guest vocalists on the vocal tracks. The three tracks are a cover of Donny Hathaway's "Someday We'll All Be Free", "Some Things Never Change" and "Ultimate Lover" a song written by Linda Creed and Dennis Matkosky."

"A friend of ours told us about this duo. We checked through the web and immediately called them for our wedding party. They were even better than we expected! As a guitar player myself, I appreciated Andrea's skills, but you don't need to be a musician to be charmed by Martina's stunning voice. We are Diadema fans now and follow them live, every time we can! "

"Quite frankly, the best "lounge act" I've even seen on a cruise ship. Enthralling, virtuoso playing and a wide repertoire. It was always hard to leave. I'd about book a cruise just to see them."
