"MAMADOU is a West African World Fusion Band that has brought a masterful and diverse repertoire of West African, Reggae, and Latin genres to hundreds of schools, festivals, and clubs. MAMADOU is the 2011 Boston Music Award winner for Best International Artist and was also nominated for the 2012 BMA. MAMADOU is known for getting lots of people out onto the dance floor and for those who just like to sit back and watch the music, the band offers sophisticated polyrhythmic musical pieces with an engaging groove that is truly entertaining to watch. MAMADOU is led by an internationally known artist, Mamadou Diop, whose Senegalese roots infuse his dynamic and complex original compositions with stories, spirit, and rhythm, lots of great rhythms"

"We used Central Avenue Band at our wedding last month and the whole experience was exceptional. In the lead up to the wedding the communication and organisation was first class. Then on the night the band really did rock. They put on the best show and the dance floor was full. Thank you so much!"

"Blue Moon Jazz stood out as professional and relaxed vendors on our big day! Their music was enchanting and set a fantastic mood for our whole day. They were very flexible and gracious in the face of difficult weather, moving their location more than once. Many of our guests commented on how much they loved the music, and it was certainly a highlight for both my husband and I! Their manner leading up to the wedding was also excellent. I cannot recommend them highly enough – thanks again Raphael and team!"

It was lovely of you to do the live cover for our first dance, and everyone absolutely loved the ceilidh! The nicest guy with the most brilliant voice, anyone would be lucky to have him at their wedding. He was pound for pound the best investment we made for our wedding! "Nigel and The Hound Dogs recently played our wedding at The Bedford pub in Balham. They were brilliant. The dancefloor was packed from start to finish. Having the DJ option after their set was perfect to keep the party going. Nigel's communication was great from start to finish. We wholeheartedly recommend The Hound Dogs."

"Great vibes for a casual wedding We hired Peter and the Sidewalk Crusaders for our casual wedding reception in July 2025 and they were a hit with all of the guests! Not only was Peter easy to communicate and plan with, but the whole band were super positive and a great addition to our celebration. We had them play a few sets, both as background music during appetizers and also as dance music after dinner. The band really elevated the celebratory and fun nature of the party and played a lot of upbeat songs. We would definitely hire Peter and the band again in the future!"
