Review Centre: Rock 'n' Roll Bands

"Lil' Stevie and the Westsiders were fun, charismatic, and accommodating. Their band also ROCKED! We hired them for our mother's 60th birthday; she's very into blues music and live bands, so we took a chance on Stevie and the band. We are so glad we did, they were the perfect choice. Stevie played a lot of his original music which was incredible, as well as "Happy Birthday" for my Mom! I would definitely recommend this band if you're looking for a great time with a live band, and if you're looking for that band to be flexible with plans. Stevie was also polite and responsive which I really appreciated. Would definitely hire this band again. Thanks Stevie!"

"They were incredibly patient with all our changing requests and emails, always responding within an hour to our emails. They made do with the little space we could give them for their setup which we really appreciated, and brought all their own equipment. The music was amasing; upbeat and joyful jazz. Everyone at our wedding loved them! Couldn't recommend more! Wished we could have had them for longer on the day!"

"The Coffin Dodgers put on an absolutely incredible show! From the first song to the last, they kept the energy high and the crowd engaged. Their set list was perfectly balanced, classic rock favourites mixed with their own unique sound, and a couple extra fun ones in there, which kept everyone in the room singing along. This was the first time in a while I’ve seen people get up to dance while in this restaurant bar. What impressed me most was how professional and tight their performance was; every member clearly knows their craft and loves what they do. The atmosphere in the venue completely shifted once they started playing, and you could see customers staying longer, eating, drinking, and enjoying themselves because of the music. If you’re looking for a band that can light up a room and leave people talking about the night for days afterward, this is the group to book! "

"From the first time I saw them I was hooked! Excellent musicians that interact with their audience in fun ways that leave you feeling like they are having the time of their lives. So much energy going on and you really can not help but get up and dance during every song. I am officially a groupie now. I try not to ever miss one of their gigs. "

"The entire band was great. They were prepared and played to the crowd. The sound was appropriate for the event and got the entire party going! Lori was great to work with and took the time to learn about the event, the crowd and prepared a song list that hit the mark. We will be using them again in the future. "

"Can not recommend this fantastic band and lovely lads highly enough. Fantastic communication from the offset, reasonably priced for a very talented group! These lads have tons of charisma and will make your event fun and tailor their sets just for you! Our guests are still singing their praises two weeks later. Every song had guests young and old on their feet! You really helped to make our wedding night perfect and just what we wanted we can’t thank you all enough. We wish I had more photos and videos but they are mostly drunken and of people bouncing up and down having the time of their lives. We hope that’s evidence enough for how fantastic these guys are! "Courtney was awesome!!! He played the sax at our wedding and did an amazing job picking and playing the best songs for our guests to enjoy as they walked into our ceremony site. Courtney followed that up by playing the smoothest sax ever at cocktail hour. We loved it and all our guests raved about his performance. Courtney was 10 out of 10 very professional, friendly, and so easy to work with. Book him ASAP!"

"Ant answered the call to perform an online live stream gig for members, volunteers and staff of Chilterns MS Centre. To say he was a hit would be an understatement, with instant requests for him to play again, and positive comments coming from all involved. He took special requests with one being particularly poignant as one member missed out on a Bryan Adams concert because of the lock down!"

"Having seen The Long Players at two of my friends weddings, I had to book them for my 30th Birthday! As before, they were brilliant! They got the crowd going and accommodated all my prior song requests. They were reliable throughout the booking process and were so relaxed and flexible on the night with timings. Great musically talented band that I can recommend for any occasion. Thank you"
