"Thanks, again, for agreeing to play for our party. We greatly appreciate your willingness to do so, especially considering the effort and time involved for you and the rest of the band members to travel, set up, tear down, etc. Thanks, too, for going along with our surprise wedding secret, putting "Wabash Cannonball" on a playlist & playing it for us, and last but not least, for allowing our friend, Tad, to sing a couple songs with you. You were, as I hope you felt, a huge hit! People have been talking around town all week about how great you sounded, how truly talented all of you are, what a fantastic playlist you have, etc. I hope we can find a reason to have you back and that you'd consider coming. "The band were excellent, so thanks very much indeed. I didn’t see them before they left so would you please give them my thanks. (This was after playing in the middle of Southampton Football pitch (32,000 people) with Alan Shearer Kicking a football head skillfully over the guys heads as they were singing."

"I contacted Gemma ahley & Yue Miyagi Duo for my parents' 30th wedding anniversary. It was a surprised present from me and my sister. We had only a little idea of the choice of songs but the duo was absolutely fantastic. They made my mum cry in a good way and everyone said they made our day extra special. Especially, when Yue Miyagi, a Japanese guitarist started to play one of Japanese traditional folk songs, my mum seemed to be shocked with a nice nostalgic feeling. (My mum is Japanese!) What a beautiful night with full of warm intimate atmosphere!!! We can't put into words how happy we were. Thank you so much Gemma and Yue!!! (10 / 10)"

"The team jumped in for our Hungarian-Japanese wedding in May, almost at the last minute, but it had to be that way. They were fantastic, they created a great atmosphere! I can only recommend them! Thanks!!!"

"Talented musicians clearly enjoying what they do which infects the crowd with singing and dancing... Their range of musical styles, from reggae to funk to disco to rock somehow just blend into one. Great lads, great band, great nights. "

"We booked Big Smoke Brass for our wedding reception entertainment, and oh my word did they live up to our expectations! They got our guests on the dance floor, and the vibe in the room was amazing, all because of them! We knew they would be brilliant, but when we requested 'Let It Go' as our first dance so that our daughter could enjoy it, we did wonder if they would say no. We should never have worried, they embraced every request of ours and made our evening absolutely brilliant. I cannot recommend them enough, we will definitely book them again for our next party. 5* isn't enough, a million would be closer to what they delivered for us. So, so happy with everything they did. Thank you so much! X"

We received so many compliments from our guests about how fantastic the band.
