"Wow.... What an amazing band!! Booked for our wedding reception. David’s communication was excellent working with us for the perfect playlist. And even learned a new song for us. They had everyone dancing from start to finish, safe to say our feet were sore by the end of the night! The band even came with their own photographer and sent over the photos and videos of the evening. Would highly recommend, we and our guests had a great night. Can't thank you enough, Twist of Rock. Loved you guys Jo & Chris 🤙 "

"Un moment de pure magie! Lors de notre réception de mariage, Stephan a littéralement transcendé l’atmosphère, créant une ambiance à la fois chic, festive et romantique, exactement ce que nous espérions. Sa maîtrise de l’instrument, son sens du rythme et sa capacité à lire l’énergie de la salle étaient tout simplement exceptionnels. Tous nos invités ont été conquis, certains nous ont même dit que c’était la plus belle performance live qu’ils aient entendue lors d’un mariage. Grâce à lui, notre soirée a pris une dimension unique. "Dear Stephane, Just back from our second honeymoon and wanted to let you know that we have had so many positive comments from our guests regarding the band. They really were amazing! The music was brillant, the engagement with the audience absolutely awesome! I've never seen my friends and family have such a good time (and we've thrown a few parties in our time!). We would definitely recommend Captain Star, they are a 5 star act. Thank you doesn't really cut it, but just THANK YOU! "Thank you . It was such a great night and the dancing was great. I loved that we opened the doors at the end ( for the amount of dancers that got up for the Strip the Willow). I think we might need a bigger venue next year it was such a success. The band was fabulous, I'll be keeping you in mind for other gigs."

"Groovy Tuesday Performed exceptionally to a great & welcoming audience. Even though the weather was not favourable they manged to have the patrons up and dancing from the get go. Playing great tunes from the 70's to today's hits. Very professional I would hesitate to have them back at Kangy Gardens soon. Great musicians and songs choices. A must sse...... "

"We booked The Detours for our wedding anniversary party last weekend. They were amazing from start to finish and the dance floor was full the whole night. The support leading up to the event was excellent and everyone commented how brilliant they were fantastic. Would definitely book them again."

"The Unknowns have a new EP out. “Uninvited” is a delightful five-song collection that shows off some cool soul and tango influences in addition to the band's usual jazz/pop/folk mix and superb three-part harmonies. Don’t let their ironic naming fool you; you’re going to want to invite this band in and get to know them. "
