Review Centre: Party Bands

"Hello..I, along with friends, have seen this band twice in the last couple of months..once at St. Albert casino and then at Newcastle in Edmonton..our group dances all night so appreciate a good band that keeps us on the dance floor..this band, PLAYING WITH FIRE, did just that..it was a very fun night. Apparently, in the near future, they are going to be playing some new songs..interested to see what they have in store. If anything like the present we will be happy to see them live again. Check this band out. You will be happy you did."

"They were great. They played at our wedding reception in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Our florist was in their way and prevented them from setting up when they had planned, but they still managed to get ready in time for the wedding, which was huge! They are wonderfully talented, and had the dance floor packed the whole time. Large variety of songs to choose from, and Lisa brings great energy. "I got an all-clear result from my PCR Test yesterday, so last night I ventured out to the Jam House to see how much the Brummie music culture had advanced during my almost 2-year absence. Last nights gig was a new venture called Reggae Winehouse a Brummie band with three vocalists doing Reggae versions of Amy Winehouse's repertoire. I liked the idea, and so did a lot of other Brummies who turned out to make a fantastic night. I am old enough to remember when the Windrush Generation started to arrive in Brum bringing their love of music and enjoyment with them. A few of that generation were present last night along with their grandchildren. By the time that the second set started the Jam House was bouncing around St Pauls Square and you couldn't tell the difference between the multiple ethnicities on the dancefloor, we were all just Brummies filled with Joy. I semi walked semi danced on my way home in the early hours, thinking to myself how lucky I am to be a Brummie. The Jam House did our City proud last night, and after 10 years I finally saw the lead singer I always knew was in there. Take a bow Leonie Smith and the rest of your brilliant band !! #nuffsaidfred #ILuvMyCity"

"We saw KT at the Hopkins Winery today for a solo outdoor concert. A wide range of music was presented and we thoroughly enjoyed the concert. Requests were taken and everyone in the audience seemed to enjoy the music!"

"Z potrzeby serca i dla woli sprawienia przyjemności swojemu ukochanemu wybraliśmy się na ten koncert ... To był strzał w dziesiątkę! Koncert tak bliski oryginału, że czuliśmy się jak uczestnicy klubowego koncertu Led Zeppelin. Muzycy świetni szczególnie basista i perkusista a wokalista rewelacyjny!!! Polecamy !"

"Their musical talent, And all around genuine nice guys! And they don’t do what most 50s 60s rock ‘n’ roll bands do ... go off on their own tangent , they stick to the agenda and they do it SO well !! You can actually dance to all their amazing music! 🎤🎸🥁🎸🥰 Wait ‘til you hear “Cry to me” ! A standing ovation the first time they performed it ! 😍 We love this band, It proves you don’t need quantity, just quality! We even had them play at our wedding last year! 10/10 💃🕺 "

"I recently had the chance to work with the band as an organizer, and I consider myself very lucky. Both professionally and personally, they are absolutely on top – there wasn’t a single request or task I brought up that they said no to; for them, nothing is impossible! :) I wholeheartedly recommend them if you’re looking for a band, and I truly hope I’ll have the chance to work with them again at the weddings and events I organize, because I can be sure they’ll always throw an amazing party! :)"
