"I still cannot believe we met The Distance at Janine's party and that they were able to make Fran’s 60th Birthday celebrations last Saturday 10 May 2014 & made his dream of having live music at his party come true. Matt & Sophiee, you were so accommodating and fitted perfectly into our home. All our 80+ guests of family & friends of all ages loved your music and danced the night away. "From the very first contact, we clicked! Enthusiasm, willingness, clear agreements... they worked with us to create a truly fun, out-of-the-box wedding ceremony. They even transformed our modern ballads and up-tempo 90s songs into beautiful versions! Afterward, Wouter & Michiel played as a backdrop at our reception/evening party. What a vibe and enthusiasm! We also really appreciated the positive and fun atmosphere they had. We and our guests are full of praise for this collaboration!"

"I highly recommend Matt for any event. We was extremely lucky to have him at our wedding and he completely transformed the day! Matt voice is extremely amazing and we received so many compliments on the day that he was the best singer/guitarist they have ever seen. I would not hesitate to book him again! "Such an intriguing musical style as well as fashion. It’s difficult to fit Randy Perkins into the typical box that makes us feel safe as viewers and listeners. Safe to admit there’s something likable or safe to follow on a musical journey. It’s mature music pulling from his influences but with a youthful devil-may-care approach. None of the edges of his music (and they enough to show confidence) have been smoothed out so much that any emotion or truth has been removed. Quite interesting and accessible music and I’m looking forward to his new songs."
