"From the first communication with them until the end, they were very professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. On the actual night, their performance was outstanding, so many of my guests commented on how good they were. My whole experience with the band was amazing and I would definitely use them again. "We recently celebrated our Golden Wedding Anniversary at Leicester Tigers Stadium, who said they could book a band for us. Shortly before the event, we got in touch with Eric, and provided the Band with a playlist. The Party was an early evening do, going on 'til late, so after serving the buffet, we decided to start with a “children's half hour” to keep the youngsters busy. We chose the Okey Kokey, which even the little ones know as they learn it at playgroups nowadays, then went on to the Birdie Song, Let's do The Twist, Locomotion, and a few more which the children thoroughly enjoyed, but that did not stop them from continuing with the adults into the “back to the 60's, 70's, etc.” and ever onwards, to current charts - with lots of great classics. The Band delivered all the songs very well, and everybody was amazed at how both Eric and Richard Ryan sounded so close to the originals. We have had lots of great comments from the party goers too, saying how much they enjoyed themselves. Truly lovely people, and we would thoroughly recommend them for your party or other event. "Rocktonight were a key part of our big day! Not only did they sing my entrance song (they prepared a song chosen by me, "At Last" by Etta James), but they played throughout the cocktail party and then livened up the party with a mega concert. Many were guests who told us it was the best cover band they had ever seen, especially at a wedding! Thank you so much, it was amazing, I highly recommend it!"

"This band is awesome, if you haven't seen them yet give yourself a treat and catch one of their gigs. Geoff's singing is fab, the drummer is "something else!!! " The guitarist's are top notch and the whole band gels together perfectly creating the best quality sound. Great variety of songs too. See you at their next gig!"

"Just went to see Lady A for the first time. WOW what a show. Soulful voice for all kind of great songs. She had the place dancing and interacting with the crowd. Just a great time. Will look for information to see where she is playing next. The band wirh her is also fantastic as they played some songs b4 she came out. Great voices there too."

"The Scout Holly Ball on the 30th November 2024 was a huge success thanks to the professionalism and talent of Firestar. They listened to our requirements and fitted their sets around what we had asked for. Quiet background music while we were eating and then got everyone up and dancing. The Guildhall was Rocking and the crowd did not want it to stop! Well done everyone and thank you for making it such a successful evening."

"Absolutely incredible band from start to finish! Their sound and attention to detail is impeccable to ub40! You can close your eyes and think you’re watching the real ub40 that’s how close they are!
