"For the musical setting of our wedding we completely relied on Venezia Classica and it was a winning choice. Sara took care of all the organization and realized our wishes perfectly. For us it was essential to have his support to build the various moments of the day, from the ceremony to the cutting of the cake. The musicians were all great professionals and the quality of the result was exceptional. All our guests were left speechless. Last but not least, Sara gave us a dedicated performance from her and her husband which was a very welcome surprise for us. Trust us with complete confidence, you will be super satisfied!"

"We did an outdoor ceremony for about 80 people. I provided a complex set-list, with timings for the key moments within the event, and they did absolutely fabulously. We had a few curveballs, because my family is a bit shameless-- as they went off-script. The musicians held poise, rolled with the punches, and executed the event as if it was all part of the plan. From initial discussions, to planning, to payments, to execution, Duo Maritimo was flawless. Thank you so much for making the ceremony a truly memorable, and magical event. Highly recommended!"

" Simon , Married on 27/Apr/2024 5.0 Easy to work with, no stress, and sounds great! It was an absolute pleasure to have Jennifer play at our wedding. It was very easy and straightforward to arrange all the details with her. Jennifer was also great with providing suggestions on how many songs were needed for the ceremony and where they usually go. This was very helpful as I've not been to many weddings. For song choices, she has an extensive catalogue of songs to choose from, and she was happy to learn a few special requests for us. On the big day everything sounded great. 10/10 would hire again. Sent on 27/May/2024"

"Naomi was the best decision I ever made, please don’t hesitate to book her she is definitely a wow factor because any chance I get i will would book her again, she is so talented and friendly and can literally play anything. Anytime I see a video of me coming down the stairs to Naomi playing ‘A thousand years” I cry because it sounds so beautiful, I wish I could do it all again thank you for the beautiful memories, my guests absolutely loved you and are still talking about it xxxx"

They were extremely responsive to our requests and even learnt our favourite song for us to walk down the aisle to! Our guests loved listening to the contemporary songs played by a string quartet! Your ability to be so adaptable and to even play the hymns as well was amazing and very much appreciated. The sound of the cello was perfect from the onset. "We couldn’t have been happier with Alvar and his string quartet at our wedding. From the very first contact, Alvar was incredibly receptive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole planning process stress-free. The comprehensive song list he provided was brilliantly organised by category, making it straightforward for us to select the perfect pieces for each part of our day. Alvar was remarkably flexible with timing and was able to perform at all the key moments we’d hoped for. When our wedding ran slightly over schedule, he was more than happy to accommodate and wait so they could play at exactly the right moment. One of the real highlights was the three bespoke songs they learned especially for us. The way they arranged and performed these pieces was absolutely stunning and made the day feel incredibly personal and special. The quartet added so much to the atmosphere throughout – their performances were one of the standout moments of our entire wedding. Beyond their musical talent, they were a pleasure to work with. They liaised smoothly with our venue to ensure they could set up in the right locations, remained friendly and communicative throughout, and were thoroughly professional and competent in every way. We’d recommend Alvar and his quartet without hesitation – they helped made our day unforgettable."
