"Awesome group of professional people! Ikembe showed up early to set up for my private party. As dinner was being served they played at an appropriate volume so people could have dinner conversation The lead singer was engaging and entertaining to the crowd. When I asked their leader yo change to some dance music, they were politeand accommodating. "

From the elegant live music during dinner to the incredible party set later in the evening, everything was perfectly balanced. "I am delighted to recommend the Blue Moon Jazz Band – I booked my wedding from the UK and I don’t speak Italian – but Raphael and the Blue Moon Jazz Band couldn't have been more helpful. We had to change arrangements due to the pandemic and again they were brilliant. On the day they sorted everything -playing our music for the ceremony exactly as asked, the band were brilliant – so many guests commented on the style and quality of their playing and the singer had a beautiful voice, they also then provided the disco for later – all the music was seemlessly handled and exactly as we wanted. My only regret was that I didnt spend enough time dancing to them as I was off doing photos etc! would highly recommend – so helpful, excellent music and good value. Karen and Pete"

"Pharaoh and the Beats recently played at our wedding at Smeetham Hall Barn and provided a really fantastic night of live entertainment for us and our guests! From the start, Leanne and the team's services were super professional. After quickly responding to our initial enquiry and questions, we were invited to a rehearsal to check them out and see if the band's style was a fit for our event. Getting to meet Leanne, hearing her amazing vocal talent live, and seeing how well the band gelled together really put us at ease and confirmed they were going to be the right choice for our wedding. Communication and flexibility from the band leading up to and including the big day was excellent too such as promptly sharing PAT/PLI certificates for the venue, tailoring a varied set-list to our taste/audience, letting us choose a couple of our favourite songs for them to learn and perform, dealing with some speech over-runs compressing set-up time on the night, and even letting the Groom get up on stage with Leanne to sing a few verses of the kiwi classic 'Be Mine Tonight' and Journey's 'Don't Stop Believin'' to the Bride! Everyone had a great night and we were all super impressed with Leanne's stunning vocals and the band's warm up-beat sound. If you're looking for a professional and reliable covers band with a vocalist that can cover a wide range of material and really get the party going, hire these guys!"

"On Sept. 3, 2022, a wonderful and exciting Band, Johnny White and the Elite” played a live performance for a 60th Birthday party I hosted. The band was great, the music was centered around the age group of my clients; 40-70 years of age. The melody and acoustics were on point and the singers were elegant and poised. This band played three sets for about an hour each. The audience was well engaged and enthralled with the music the band played; several members of the audience were caught dancing and strolling to the beat. The singers sang with such quality and pitch. It was clear they were well rehearsed and had been singing as a seamless group for years. Their movements were choreographed which also included wardrobe changes. My favorite was the Duke Blue attire. I highly recommend Johnny & the Elite band for any type of event; they were professional from start to finish. I hope to use them again soon.
