"We got married in France (Loire Valley) in June this year and Mike was amazing. Mike played on the chateau grounds as our guests starting arriving, through to our reception drinks after the ceremony. Mike also played a beautiful rendition of 'la vie en rose' as I walked down the aisle, it was truly perfect. I heard nothing but positive comments from my friends and family. His performance and setlist really did make the wedding day such a perfect day, setting the ambiance just right. The process of booking Mike was so easy with very good and fast communication, nothing was too much bother. Mike is a very friendly and talented person and it was lovely to meet him."

"Big Smoke Brass played at one of our Freshers’ events in September, and they were absolutely wonderful. The music was phenomenal, but equally their professionalism and efficiency were spot on. They made managing a very stressful event, considerably more enjoyable. I’ve already booked them for our Oktoberfest, and will be looking for other opportunities to employ them again. "More than 5 Stars!!! There are no words because when everyone was welcomed with bag pipes at my husband's 50th birthday celebration, they were absolutely speechless!! What an amazing touch they brought to our event. So talented, friendly, and beyond everything we expected. "Thank you so much for your superb violin interpretations of "The Lark Ascending" and "Boum" at my wife's outdoor memorial on 11th May 2022. And, although you weren't expecting to play anything else, when asked you played some inspired Bach for ten minutes.
