"Hiring Pianist-Berne was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. He played during our ceremony at a small chapel in Basel, and his performance added so much depth and beauty to the moment. We also had him play during dinner, and the atmosphere he created was magical. He has an incredible feel for the room—knows when to be subtle and when to take the spotlight. "I’m Anita Pruse- the chief of culture department of Jelgava’s Agricultural University. I organize the biggest Christmas ball in Baltic states. This event involves at least 7 orchestras with about 100 artists involved, witch perform in several places. Janis have played two times in this ball. Janis always plays professionally irreproachable and emotionally fulfilled. His music matches well the current situation. Janis respects timing, dress code. He delivers his piano and sound system. If needed Janis performs with other musicians- singers, sax players, guitar players etc. if needed Janis can talk to audience in an attractive way with a good taste. From the very start, communication was pleasant, and our wishes were carefully listened to. Our event was business-oriented and also intended for networking. The musicians from Jazz Centrale looked impeccable and played beautiful background music. This interaction was, once again, very enjoyable. It provided a delightful experience for our guests, whether to discuss it or simply enjoy it. Definitely recommended! We chose a saxophonist, double bassist, and pianist. The event was attended by 150 people."

I tried to make sure he had the music he needed to play, but when the event went off script by throwing in extra music, he was able to improvise on the spot in a seamless way, by ear!
