Álvar was very flexible with choosing the volin pieces to play, he was also very creative with figuring out what pieces would work for different parts of the wedding. "They are not only the best musical duo, they are also the best people! I met One Cello N a Half last year when I started planning my wedding. From the very beginning I knew I had found the right duo as well as their instant communication and genuine interest in understanding exactly what we dreamed of and how, showed me how much they cared about doing their job perfectly. Throughout the preparations they continued to communicate with us regularly, gave us lots of ideas for music and at the same time listened to our thoughts with genuine interest. On the wedding day they were simply amazing, they brought magic to the venue and the guests were telling me how much the music delighted them. For our recent wedding, Mary did not just provide background music—she curated a breathtaking, emotional journey that completely defined the magic of our day. Her ability on the harp, the piano, and the traditional Chinese Guzheng brought an elite level of sophistication and deeply moving artistry that we didn't even know was possible. The absolute highlight of the entire day was our wedding ceremony processional. As the doors opened and I began walking down the aisle, Mary struck the first chords on her gorgeous harp. The acoustics of the room filled with a sound so rich, angelic, and emotionally resonant that it instantly set a tone of pure romance and awe. It felt like stepping directly into a movie scene. "Tomy and the Cordes Nomades Jazz group was perfect for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour at Blanche Fleur. They play a wide variety of french jazz and more. Tomy suggested songs for our ceremony that were perfect and they were also open for ideas from us. They kept the music upbeat and going during our entire cocktail hours. Tomy is easy to work with, speaks good english and we highly recommend the band! "

"WE DUO was definitely one of the highlights of our wedding in Evora! From the first consultation (Filipa is very prompt and responsive!) to the day of the event, we could not be happier with their service. They have a large repertoire of music to choose from and are also very accommodating when it comes to learning new music which made our event feel truly personal. We had so many guests approach us after the wedding ceremony who told us how much they loved the music that Filipa and Bruno played."

"Our violinist was wonderful. She arrived early and played through our ceremony and photos and our dinner. She played beautifully and played every song that I had on my request list. "We booked Casado for our wedding on the 14th March 2020 and would highly recommend them. Sharon and Martyn were professional, supportive and made our ceremony very special. From the very beginning, Casado were there to support our ideas, offer suggestions and took away a huge element of stress by liaising directly with the venue which was a great help on the lead up to the day. Casado offer great flexibility with regards to what they can offer, for our ceremony we had solo guitar whilst guests were seated and then violin and guitar duet for the ceremony including music whilst signing the register. Casado are excellent musicians with lots of experience and the feedback from our guests was amazing. Thank you for being part of our special day. "
